We had the most amazing experience getting married in Kinsale hotel and spa. Laura the wedding coordinator was unbelievably helpful and did so much for us in the run-up to our wedding. She made us feel so comfortable and nothing was too big of a deal. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. We didn’t have to worry about anything at all. The food was amazing and the and our photos came out beautifully with the amazing views that kinsale hotel and spa has to offer. All the staff were amazing on the day and integrated with all of our vendors is so seamlessly. I can’t thank the team at kinsale hotel and spa enough for our wonderful day.

We had our full wedding ceremony and afters in the Kinsale Hotel, we couldn't have asked for a more Special Day. Our Wedding coordinator, Laura, was amazing both in the lead up to wedding and the wedding day itself. Any questions we had in regard to the wedding day itself were answered swiftly by Laura and her wedding team allowing the day to run like clock-work. Our minds were constantly at ease. The venue and decor were amazing & modern with fantastic views from the balcony where we got our photos and also had our firework display. If you are thinking of having fireworks for your wedding evening, look no further then the Kinsale Hotel. The photographic moment of fireworks over the bay from the hotel are amazing. A big shout out to John as well, who helped us in our wedding journey both leading up to it and on the day. Not forgetting Sarah, who sat down with us for 2 and half hours a week before the wedding, sorting out rooms and rates for our guests to make sure everyone was sorted. The bar staff on the day were pleasant and friendly. An overall brilliant experience from all the team at the Kinsale Hotel to make the day unforgettable! We had our wedding at Kinsale Hotel & Spa and we had the best day. We were planning our wedding from Singapore, and from the beginning, the wedding co-ordinator, Laura was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was quick to reply to our emails, she was happy to jump on calls and gave us lots of advice. Any request we had, it was no issue. Laura and team were incredibly professional, organised and attentive to every detail. They made the planning process so smooth, especially when planning from abroad. A huge thank you to Laura and team for making our day so special. We also want to say thank you to Kelvin and the bar staff. As we were living in Singapore, we wanted to have Singapore Sling cocktails at our drinks reception. During our menu tasting, we were given the opportunity to taste the cocktail. As it was a new cocktail for the bar, they made 4 batches for us as they perfected the recipe from our feedback after each batch until we were completely satisfied. On the day itself, the hotel set up a small bar to make the cocktails fresh. They went down an absolute treat and it's something we still receive comments about to this day. Throughout our wedding day, the staff were very attentive, friendly and courteous to our guests. The meal was exceptional. The presentation, flavour and service were impeccable. The chef even came out to check on us personally. Our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was. We would like to say a special thank you to John who looked after us all weekend. John was fantastic. He ensured we had everything we needed and always has a big smile on his face. We really appreciated him just having the chats with our parents, family and guests at the wedding and throughout the whole weekend. He was professional, organised and just so friendly. He went out of his way to ensure our party was always looked after. The venue is absolutely stunning and we cannot recommend Kinsale Hotel & Spa enough. Thank you so much for everything.

The Kinsale Hotel & Spa was the dream wedding venue! We were able to plan the whole wedding while living abroad in the US, and they made the experience seamless and fun. The hotel hosted our guests from 4 countries, 14 US states and from all over Munster and they all had glowing reviews about the hotel and food. Our ceremony was outside on the patio on a sunny day and the views made it feel like a fairytale! Recommend this hidden gem to anyone planning their big day!

The most amazing venue with the BEST wedding events team by far. We brought the Limerick to Cork for our big day and they are all still talking about it. Food was second to none. The reception entertainment was the best and set the vibe for the rest of the night. The value for money was truly amazing. We wanted our day to be the most memorable and nothing was an issue when we wanted to make it happen. Laura and John were amazing. Any time we went to the hotel whether it was wedding related or not, we were treated like royalty. From the bar to the restaurant, we were looked after. The hotel itself is in the most stunning location and we were able to take full advantage of that on out big day. On the day itself, I didn't need to ask for one thing. I did not have one worry, I was able to enjoy my morning completely stress free Laura and the team were on hand bright and early, I was able to entrust them with the decor, room set up, cake etc. Everything was exactly how we wanted it. John even came in on his day off to ensure everything was running to plan. Our day was truly amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect. We floated through our day on a cloud, completely oblivious to all the background work that was being done. I would do it all again tomorrow and The Kinsale Hotel and Spa would be our venue choice hands down.

We initially met the team at a wedding showcase at Pairc ui Chaoimh. We were immediately impressed with their professionalism and approachability. After a brief discussion amongst ourselves and a stop off at the hotel on the way home, we quickly settled on it being our venue. Ronan, Laura and John were absolutely amazing from start to finish, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. They went above and beyond in every way for us throughout our journey to the wedding day. On the day, we were blown away by the smoothness and professionalism of everything. Staff were on the ball, friendly and courteous to guests, the canapes on arrival were gobbled up and left our guests salivating for more. The meal was out of this world. The presentation, flavour and service were impeccable. I gazed from the top table in awe at the front of house team and how they seamlessly dropped plates off to each guest. Nobody was waiting too long for food, and the way they manned each table during service was nothing short of amazing. I thought that sort of service had long since been forgotten. All the way through the day and night, the team at Kinsale Hotel and Spa blew us away, from the greeting on arrival to us loading our car the next day, nothing was too big or small a task. I would gladly deal with them again and would recommend them to any newly engaged couples. The setting as you loom out across the bay was like something out of a postcard. 12 out of 10 from us

Everything ran like clockwork. We were both delighted with the day. It seems also that the guests enjoyed the day thoroughly. All the staff were great, the food and the ambience created were excellent. The preparation work was pretty straightforward and professional. For any prospective couples, I would highly recommend having a musician at the reception. It wasn't something we had thought of but it really set the tone for the day. Overall, I would have no problem in recommending Kinsale Hotel for your wedding as besides the scenic surroundings, the professional staff will take the stress away from the day allowing a couple the chance to enjoy and savour every moment.

I had my wedding here on 26th October this year and my wedding coordinator Karolina was absolutely incredible! Made the experience so enjoyable and the details she went to with designing the rooms were just amazing I could not have asked for better. She is so calming and has a beautiful personality! The venue itself is amazing, the views are beautiful and the staff go above and beyond for you. John drove me and my bridal party from the apartments to the venue and he went above and beyond also to do whatever was needed for us. Cannot speak more highly of John what a gentleman! Nerves were a thing of the past on the day because each and everyone made us feel like it was just another normal day. Absolutely fantastic experience working with Karolina and all of the Hotel Kinsale team from start to finish. Everything was very clearly laid out from the initial meeting which made for a seamless wedding planning experience. Nothing was ever too much hassle for Karolina and the team and we always left the hotel feeling very confident that we made the correct choice to have our wedding here. On the day itself we couldn't speak highly enough of the food and service. We have been hearing about how nice the food was since. I couldn't speak highly enough of the warmth, professionalism and genuine nature of all the staff at Hotel Kinsale. So glad we chose this venue and have no hesitations in recommending it to others.

We had a great day. Everyone loved the venue and the food. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were looked after by John, Ronan and all their crew. The lads were brilliant to deal with and we had a great laugh with them throughout the day. The scenery from the deck where we had the ceremony is amazing. I’d recommend the hotel to any couple that are looking for a wedding venue. We also got our photos taken on site and they turned out great. The waterfall out the front is a great backdrop and at the back of the hotel looking out over Oysterhaven bay… you couldn’t ask for better. Brilliant experience all round.
