Hi Jemima, Jen and I, wish to thank you so much for making our wedding day / weekend, one to remember. Our wedding at The Worsley Park couldn't have been any better, this is thanks to you and all the staff at the hotel. You were professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Jen and I can't thank you enough. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were fantastic, the way they all made us feel was brilliant. They made us feel like VIPs. All of my family couldn't speak highly enough of their experience at the hotel. We would also like to mention that Leanne and Kasia and yourself were fantastic, again they knew how to handle Jen being so nervous and me being an emotional wreck. The Terrace was dressed exactly the way we wanted it to be. The food was excellent, and again everyone loved it. The evening buffet was fantastic and the staff who served were great. The DJ that you arranged was exactly what Jen and I wanted. Phil was one of the best DJs any of us had experienced. He kept the party flowing and all of our guests loved him. On the whole as you can see from what I've said if we were to do this again, it would be with yourself at the Worsley Park. We will be happy to recommend both you and the hotel to anyone who asks. We don’t even know how to begin to thank you and all the staff for everything you have done for us. We had the most perfect wedding celebration and it could not have gone any better. We were overwhelmed by the attention to detail, the care and how well we were looked after. It was better than we could have ever hoped. A massive massive thank you to Leanne, she was absolutely astounding on the day and took such great care of us. From waiting with champagne for us to arrive, to making sure we were OK and everything happened flawlessly. We were so impressed by Leanne and how utterly lovely and amazing she was. Jo, Thank you so much for being the best wedding coordinator over these past 18 months. We had the best day ever yesterday, we enjoyed every minute of our day and we felt very relaxed knowing all the staff knew everything about our wedding. All staff were very helpful and the servers on the day had such a good sense of humour (tell them I apologise for the naughty tables 6 & 7 haha) Most guests commented on how beautiful your venue is and how helpful everyone was throughout our whole stay. Jaye, Thank you so much for everything in the run up to the wedding and the actual day. Saturday was definitely the best day of our lives, I think we’ve just about recovered. Everything was absolutely perfect, we’ve had so many compliments on the venue, the food, the staff - everything, it just ran like clockwork. Everyone couldn’t believe how relaxed and enjoyable the day was, we couldn’t believe how quickly it went! Tom’s definite highlight of the day was the rugby team being there, we even joined them in the bar afterwards for a couple of drinks. We had a totally amazing and unbelievable day. Everything was perfect! I can't believe Yvonne made me 'ugly cry' when she came down the aisle - she just looked stunning.
