Maddie and Pam❤️ what can I say? It’s taken me since October to come up with something to say because it seems saying thank you doesn’t seem enough to tell you how grateful Stephen and I are to have had such a wonderful team give us the most stress-free wedding day from start to finish. You were amazing, and honestly, hands on our hearts say we were glad that our bad luck led us to your kindness to help us in any way possible. It meant the world to both of us and honestly, our wedding will be a day we can look back on and think how lucky we were to have such a wonderful place. Our families were taken back at how wonderful our wedding day was, and that is all down to you I’m attaching some photos so you know who we are ❤️ I’m sure you won’t forget us, especially because of our bad luck

Dearest Maddie and Pam, and to all of the staff who helped make our amazing day as truly special as it was, including the chefs, servers and bar staff! From start to finish, you were there for us, not just on the day but in the time of preparing, planning, and a little bit of scheming to help everything run as smoothly as it did! We were apprehensive about the theme of our wedding, as not everyone is a huge fan, but the Force was strong in all of you, and you embraced our dreams and desires, resulting in what truly was a wedding out of this Galaxy. All of the transitions of the room were perfect, it looked stunning each time! ( Pam, I know how much I went on about the clothes, and you are forever my favourite person. Thank you for infinity! I know I was a fuss pot with the menu with the changes, but you were so patient, even on the day bringing me my own gravy! Also, when you came to the rescue with my dress, my hero ❤️) Our surprise guests at the reception entrance were flawless! Not every Darth Vader and his Stormtroopers invade a wedding, steal the Bride and battle with the Groom. Epic! The thanks we want to share with you are not just from us but from all of our guests! You have 100+ thanks and best wishes from everyone who came, we received so much feedback which was heartwarming. Truly, thank you all ❤️ Only downside was we didn’t have time to go for a swim in the beautiful pool and spa you have and am still slightly jealous of the guests who did get to go, they raved about it! Maddie, thank you for everything. You took our expectations and blew them away. We can't thank Maddie, Pam, and the team at Sprowston Manor for helping us make our dream day come true. It was our 3rd attempt to get married after covid forced us to postpone our big day twice. Just 5 months till our long awaited wedding our original venue had a horrible fire. Leaving us devastated. Desperate we reached out to multiple local venues. Maddie and the team at Sprowston were amazing, they went above and beyond to help us. Not just stepping up to rearrange and move our whole wedding but the compassion and understanding of our very stressful situation went to show that this was more than a business, it was a real act of kindness. My husband and I will be forever grateful to them for this. Maddie was fantastic, taking our ideas and helping make them a reality. Communication was excellent, having multiple face-to-face meetings to make sure everything was in place and that we knew what to expect on the day itself. She was so responsive to all of our emails and questions or queries. Which was so reassuring. We were very generously given the bridal suite for the night before and the night of our wedding. This was such a lovely extra that we had not expected. Once the setup was done I could sit back and enjoy being the bride. Our big day came and it was perfect. Our host Pam was fantastic, we were in great hands. She kept things on track even when the speeches were running on! Nothing was too much trouble. The grounds and building were a perfect backdrop for beautiful photos even in the middle of winter. Sprowston Manor not only saved our day but they made it more than we could ever have hoped for. We are already planning a return trip to make use of the spa and pool facilities shortly.
