I highly recommend Wychwood Park for a wedding venue, we were in the main hotel, Stapeley Suite for the ceremony, and Cheshire Suite for the wedding breakfast/evening reception. Our wedding coordinator Cydnie was absolutely lovely, communication was 10/10, always on hand for my many many questions throughout the planning process. Adam who ran the team on the day went above and beyond to ensure that the day ran smoothly, checking in with us throughout, nothing was too much! Amazing service throughout from the entire team and we couldn't be happier with how our special day turned out! We had so many lovely compliments from guests about how beautiful the venue was and it was the perfect day from start to finish. Thank you Wychwood Park Hotel. I want to do it all over again!!

We have had a great experience planning our wedding through Wychwood Park. The hotel and guest relations team Cydnie in particular have been brilliant throughout. From wedding exhibitions to tasting menus, we feel like we have had the full experience with Wychwood. The level of support and attention on the day was brilliant. Wychwood also has great connections with third-party suppliers (we used their suggested photographer and decorator who were incredible) which was a massive help. The team on the day was meticulous right down to entrance songs and table placings! Thanks to everyone involved!

We booked our wedding In January 2022, for July 2022, in a crazy “we’ve been engaged for 5 years let’s do it!” moment. After the excitement had sunk in, it dawned on us we had less than 6 months to organize a wedding! But we did, and we did it with ease, it was the best decision we have ever made, the staff, the gorgeous venue, and the food made our day magical. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for was more than perfect. The companies that worked alongside Wychwood park to make the day extra special were wonderful too. We would recommend wychwood park for the most relaxed and beautiful venue for a wedding all within our budget!

Cydnie and the team at Wychwood Park Hotel we re absolutely amazing throughout the whole planning process, always happy to help ands answer any questions. They were great dealing with all the other suppliers (Celebrant, photographer, fireworks etc) and this made the day run so smoothly. The venue was incredible, all the guests commented on a) how nice the hotel and venue was, and b) how lovely it was decorated for Christmas. The Atrium was the perfect spot for the ceremony, but all the facilities were fantastic. The food was really good both for the wedding breakfast and evening reception and everyone seemed to enjoy it! Adam did an amazing job setting up the room for us, and no job was too small for him and the team. They really did everything they could above and beyond to make the day great. What an amazing day, the staff looked after us from start to finish. We had family come over from Ireland a few days before, the venue were kind enough to offer us great prices before the wedding and after. The day itself was amazing, everything we asked for and requested was fulfilled to the highest level. Wychwood Park, Cydnie & all the team were amazing. Thanks for making our day special.

Our special unique day was made even more special by the whole team at Wychewood Park and Golf Club. They went above and beyond expectations. Everything from the venue, rooms, ceremony and all the finer little details were taken care of for us by the expert guidance of our wedding planner and team. What felt like a daunting experience turned out to be the most fun, memorable day shared by our family and friends. Wow. What a day. From the wedding fayre to our actual wedding day, the staff were amazing. Any little question was answered quickly. They honestly made our day so so special, even allowing us to remember my husbands dad who passed away in our own special way. The hotel - we had so many compliments on what a lovely venue it was. The food, the best I, and some of our guests, have even eaten. All served piping hot too. Breakfast was also amazing (my mouth is watering thinking about it). Everything from start to finish was amazing. Obviously, 2021 was Covid time, but we were able to view and plan safely. Our planner Bernadette, was so lovely and reassuring over any COVID issues I had. On the day of the wedding, we found out the event manager had COVID-19 and all the staff had dressed the room the evening before with his help. The following morning when he rang in sick they stripped the room completely and redressed everything perfectly for our wedding at noon. The room dressing, the food, the DJ, everything was perfect. I wish I could do it all again.

The hotel is gorgeous and the facilities are superb, and the team are so friendly and helpful. We can't wait for come back again for our anniversary.

We got married at Wychwood a month ago and I wouldn’t change a thing! Perfect from start to finish. The staff were all amazing, polite and friendly and Cydnie could not have done any more to help the day run smoothly! The food was amazing, the wedding package included the DJ entertainment and he was fantastic, he seemed to be enjoying the night just as much as all my guests! We all joined for breakfast the next morning and we went on our honeymoon. The staff collected all our belongings and kept them safe until we returned back which was so helpful and took so much stress away from us to just unwind and enjoy our time. I’d love to do the whole day over and over again! Thank you x

We are really glad to have chosen Wychwood Park Hotel & Golf Club for our wedding venue. From our first meeting with Cydnie Williamson to the actual wedding day, everything was so easy to arrange and every little detail was perfection. We were informed throughout the whole process of all the timings and arrangements, all the staff at the golf club and the hotel were so professional and everything was so enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. The whole wedding day was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, the wedding breakfast was beautiful, the food at the evening time was so enjoyable. We are still having our guests tell us how much they enjoyed the food. We would definitely recommend guests to stay overnight as the rooms and morning breakfast were lovely. Cydnie our wedding coordinator took over half way through our booking journey as Eleasha (who was also very helpful) had been promoted. Cydnie always responded promptly to my questions and gave helpful ideas if we were unsure about things. Sharon and the waiting team were brilliant at the menu tasting and the staff on the day were brilliant; the service was faultless, polite without being intrusive. The food was absolutely amazing - we have to come back for more. Adam and Matt were also very helpful and happy members of the team and did a grand job during the day and evening. The place itself is delightful and although the weather wasn't good on the day (apparently), I never noticed I was too engulfed in the day and the magic, there are under cover areas outside if needed from the bar area upstairs. We have to go back again just to enjoy the surroundings and perhaps treat ourselves to an overnight stay. We wish we could rewind and do it all over again! 5* to all involved. Nick and Sarah

Just had our wedding here and we couldn't of had a better day. Eleasha and Cydnie was fantastic, nothing was ever too much trouble for them, from the smallest to the biggest of things. They made sure that everything was perfect for us. I was really nervous on the day and they was so good by reassuring and making me feel calm. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding here. We had lots of compliments from our guests about how nice the venue was and how beautiful the food was also. The staff are all amazing and very friendly, nothing was ever any trouble for them. Well where do I start! From the initial booking with Eleasha with assistance from Cydnie and the team to the day of the wedding, the service was excellent. On the morning of the wedding the external suppliers decorated our ceremony room and wedding breakfast room to a point where I was quite emotional, they were perfect. The wedding team supervised very well to ensure the rooms were as arranged. The registrar was perfect and made us feel relaxed the moment we arrived. We chose the leek and potato soup as our starter, chicken roast for main and chocolate cheese cake for dessert, everything was presented lovely and was tasty, the best chicken roast I have ever tasted, exceptional, and all the guests were of the same opinion. The vegetarian guests were delighted at the choices. Our bacon and sausage baps with wedges for our evening buffet were amazing with sauce choices and the vegetarian sausages were lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our day, our expectations were exceeded and would definitely recommend Wychwood Park Hotel as a venue. Brilliant well done team. Lisa and Scott Davies 24.2.23
