Wychwood Park Hotel totally surpassed our expectations! It was absolutely faultless, from the initial enquiry to the planning and finally, on the day—everything was excellent. Communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and the quality of food, service, and drinks were all faultless. The team worked so hard, and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend! Omg where do I start? We had the most amazing day and it was all down to the Wychwood Park Hotel team! They guided us through each part of the day! Special thanks to Cydnie, Matty and Kat! From the very first meeting with Cydnie everything was made so easy. On the day, we were made to feel special and everything was right on time. The food was amazing and complimented by our guests as well. My brother who doesn't eat gravy (which I forgot about haha) even ate all of the beef course it was that beautiful. From the moment we booked our wedding with Cydnie nothing was ever too much trouble. Cydnie answered any emails or calls promptly and was always polite and helpful. The day of the wedding was perfect. Everything was exactly how we asked and envisioned! Matty was our coordinator on the day and he was absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much. He was always around, checking in with us ensuring we, and the guests, were happy with everything. The whole day was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything better from all the staff at Wychwood.

I can’t thank Cydnie enough for the help and support she gave us on our wedding journey. She guided us through the process and gave lots of advice when we weren’t quite sure about some of the things we wanted, or how something would work best. We were married at Church and had welcome drinks and canapés in the Bar Vista. We then moved into the Cheshire Suite for our evening reception. The rooms were beautifully presented and had plenty of space for our guests. The food was lovely and there was plenty of choice available at the bar for drinks. The rooms, facilities and grounds of Wychwood are kept to perfection. They are of an extremely high standard. There is plenty of space for indoor and outdoor photography opportunities. Although the venue was still open to other guests for overnight stays and meal bookings etc, this did not disturb our day in the slightest. It honestly felt like we were the only ones there. There is not one thing we would change about our day and the majority of that is down to Cydnie and the team! We cannot recommend Wychwood enough as a wedding venue. It truly was the happiest of days and we are so very grateful.

Thankyou for everything you all have done, our day was better than we'd ever imagined, both Cydnie and Matt, went over and above to ensure everything went without a hitch and was special. Also a huge thankyou to the chef who went above and beyond when our nephew broke his jaw the week before the wedding so required a soft food option, instead of giving us a list the chefs words were name what he wants and we will do it , it means so much we really appreciate it, We would recommend Wychwood and the team to anyone looking for a special day to remember for the rest of their lives. We had our wedding at Wychwood Park Hotel. What a beautiful day! We were lucky enough to have our Wedding outside in the Cedar House. The staff organised things perfectly throughout the day, and there was not too much trouble. Great value for money! I would 100 % recommend this hotel for your wedding. I wish we could do it again.

As the New Mr & Mrs Roberts, Cydnie and the whole Wychwood Team's support and service created the most memorable special day for our wedding. Cydnie and the team were always accommodating and customer-focused; nothing was too much trouble. Our guests commented on how wonderful Wychwood's location and facility are. Food, organisation everything was exceptional. We know we made the correct choice to put our trust in Wychwood. I highly recommend Wychwood Park for a wedding venue, we were in the main hotel, Stapeley Suite for the ceremony, and Cheshire Suite for the wedding breakfast/evening reception. Our wedding coordinator Cydnie was absolutely lovely, communication was 10/10, always on hand for my many many questions throughout the planning process. Adam who ran the team on the day went above and beyond to ensure that the day ran smoothly, checking in with us throughout, nothing was too much! Amazing service throughout from the entire team and we couldn't be happier with how our special day turned out! We had so many lovely compliments from guests about how beautiful the venue was and it was the perfect day from start to finish. Thank you Wychwood Park Hotel. I want to do it all over again!!

We have had a great experience planning our wedding through Wychwood Park. The hotel and guest relations team Cydnie in particular have been brilliant throughout. From wedding exhibitions to tasting menus, we feel like we have had the full experience with Wychwood. The level of support and attention on the day was brilliant. Wychwood also has great connections with third-party suppliers (we used their suggested photographer and decorator who were incredible) which was a massive help. The team on the day was meticulous right down to entrance songs and table placings! Thanks to everyone involved!

We booked our wedding In January 2022, for July 2022, in a crazy “we’ve been engaged for 5 years let’s do it!” moment. After the excitement had sunk in, it dawned on us we had less than 6 months to organize a wedding! But we did, and we did it with ease, it was the best decision we have ever made, the staff, the gorgeous venue, and the food made our day magical. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for was more than perfect. The companies that worked alongside Wychwood park to make the day extra special were wonderful too. We would recommend wychwood park for the most relaxed and beautiful venue for a wedding all within our budget!

Cydnie and the team at Wychwood Park Hotel we re absolutely amazing throughout the whole planning process, always happy to help ands answer any questions. They were great dealing with all the other suppliers (Celebrant, photographer, fireworks etc) and this made the day run so smoothly. The venue was incredible, all the guests commented on a) how nice the hotel and venue was, and b) how lovely it was decorated for Christmas. The Atrium was the perfect spot for the ceremony, but all the facilities were fantastic. The food was really good both for the wedding breakfast and evening reception and everyone seemed to enjoy it! Adam did an amazing job setting up the room for us, and no job was too small for him and the team. They really did everything they could above and beyond to make the day great. What an amazing day, the staff looked after us from start to finish. We had family come over from Ireland a few days before, the venue were kind enough to offer us great prices before the wedding and after. The day itself was amazing, everything we asked for and requested was fulfilled to the highest level. Wychwood Park, Cydnie & all the team were amazing. Thanks for making our day special.

Our special unique day was made even more special by the whole team at Wychewood Park and Golf Club. They went above and beyond expectations. Everything from the venue, rooms, ceremony and all the finer little details were taken care of for us by the expert guidance of our wedding planner and team. What felt like a daunting experience turned out to be the most fun, memorable day shared by our family and friends. Wow. What a day. From the wedding fayre to our actual wedding day, the staff were amazing. Any little question was answered quickly. They honestly made our day so so special, even allowing us to remember my husbands dad who passed away in our own special way. The hotel - we had so many compliments on what a lovely venue it was. The food, the best I, and some of our guests, have even eaten. All served piping hot too. Breakfast was also amazing (my mouth is watering thinking about it). We stayed in the Weston Suite which felt luxurious and perfect end to our perfect day. Can't thank everyone enough. The Clarke's

Everything from start to finish was amazing. Obviously, 2021 was Covid time, but we were able to view and plan safely. Our planner Bernadette, was so lovely and reassuring over any COVID issues I had. On the day of the wedding, we found out the event manager had COVID-19 and all the staff had dressed the room the evening before with his help. The following morning when he rang in sick they stripped the room completely and redressed everything perfectly for our wedding at noon. The room dressing, the food, the DJ, everything was perfect. I wish I could do it all again.
