We had the most beautiful wedding day at Crabwall Manor on 4th May 2024. We had been planning the day for 2 years, and it all went so perfectly. The regular meetings with Cheryl during the build-up meant that we were able to design our perfect day. Hollie picked up any of our emails quickly and worked tirelessly to assist us - this was a real lifesaver in the week leading up to the wedding. On the day itself we were expertly looked after by Martin and the rest of the team. We're so grateful for all the hard work that made the day flow so seamlessly. The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the suppliers who worked with the venue were faultless. We are so grateful for the precious memories we have of our special day and for everyone who helped to make it so memorable.

I don't even know where to start... From booking our wedding and on the run-up, Cheryl and Hollie have been there for every question I've had. Nothing is too much for them, and they are there to help every step of the way. The wedding itself was just a dream come true. Everything went so perfectly, every member of staff involved in our day made us feel so so special (even going for breakfast the next day). They fixed anything that didn't go quite to plan without me even getting wind of it! The whole team honestly could not of done enough for us at all. The food was incredible, and all of our guests talked about it for the rest of the night! Martin, who ran out wedding day, was amazing! All of our guests noticed his attention to detail and how ran off his feet he had been all day. The whole day, from start to finish, was absolutely phenomenal, and I'll never be able to thank the crabwall team enough for everything they did for us. Because of you, we had a perfect day.

We had our wedding at Crabwall Manor, and honestly, it was second to none! The staff worked tirelessly, and we wanted to give a special thank you to Andrew, Martin & Andy, who were with us on our wedding day. nothing was too much to ask - they were incredible! Our guests felt that the wedding was well organised, and for us as a couple, that made it so we could relax and enjoy our day! We highly recommend this hotel for weddings and hotel stays; the pool is also amazing!

My new husband and I married on Friday, May 3rd, and we had the most magical day. From the start, Cheryl was always on hand to answer our questions. The actual day was perfect, and I would like to thank Suzanne and the team for making the room absolutely stunning; all our guests said it was beautiful. Crabwall was amazing! The venue is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed and calm, and nothing is too much trouble for Cheryl and the team. All the staff are attentive and polite. The food is delicious, and everything runs like absolute clockwork. Special thanks to Martin and Andy for MC duties and for looking after us for our two-day stay! We had an unforgettable wedding and can't wait to return for our first anniversary.

From start to finish me, and my partner had the best experience with Crabwall Manor; they listened to everything we wanted and also suggested things that would look good or help with our day; Martin and Cheryl were outstanding. Nothing could have gone better with our day. There was no stress. It was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better; the venue was perfect, the rooms were lovely and big, and the staff well, they should all be so proud as they were a credit to the Crabwall Manor, and they should be honoured to have them on their team, we had the best day, and everything went the way we wanted it to, Martin was excellent and took all the stress of the day If we wish to happy he would sort it there, and then, I can’t fault the venue or staff one bit, thank you so much for letting us have our special day with you guys

We can not put into words how amazing our day was. From the point of booking to the actual day, all our inquiries were dealt with and nothing was too much trouble. We had some allergy requests that were dealt with efficiently, and the food and service were excellent. We want to give a massive thanks to Martin, especially, what an amazing man. He went out of his way to ensure we had the perfect day, and it wouldn't have run as smoothly without him. He even came in on his day off to check we were happy. He is the perfect master of ceremonies. We are so happy we chose Crabwall Manor for our beautiful day.

A perfect, perfect day. Couldn’t have asked for any more. Extremely friendly, welcoming staff (especially Abbi) - nothing was too much trouble. Felt so well supported and kept me very calm throughout the planning. We would also highly recommend their recommended florist - Suzanne. We felt like we had known her for years. So friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend Crabwall Manor to get married.

Leading up to the wedding I was supported by Abbi and Cheryl via email and face to face. Replies to my emails were always quick and gave me the information I needed. They introduced us to Suzanne from Carol Annes Florist who did all our flowers and venue dressing and Stephen from Amore Events who did our entertainment. The room was stunning, it was better than I ever could have dreamed. The bouquets, buttonholes, centrepieces everything was matching and were so beautiful. The table and chair decorations were exactly what we wanted. All the other decorations were fabulous e.g. postbox for cards from the guests, fairy lights across the ceiling, and a flower arch behind the head table. We left all the music to Stephen and he knew exactly what he was doing. He knew how to read the crowd and play songs accordingly, very obviously a pro! It was worth every penny we spent on the dancing on clouds extra as the photos make it look like we're in a fairytale, absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms we stayed in were perfect. Clean, tidy, and massive! The food was literally to die for. I cannot even put into words how delicious each meal was. I never got the names of the chefs but I want to say a thousand thank yous to everyone involved in making the food as it was the best meal I've ever had and honestly the rest of the guests would agree with me. Andrew and Andrew looked after us on our wedding day and they were great. They took care of anything we needed on the day. Everything was perfect, I could not have asked for a better day. The only problem we had was that my phone wouldn't sync to their speakers so I had to walk down the aisle to music from my phone on maximum volume - not an issue for us however I can imagine how stressful that may be for other couples so I would advise you check your phone can connect to the speaker before the wedding! I cannot thank everyone at Crabwall enough for making our wedding truly magical.

We stayed at Crabwall the night before our big day and all the staff took great care of us. All the staff were amazing and took great care of me and all the bridesmaids and flower girls, there were 17 of us for dinner the night before and the meal was fantastic. The day of the wedding was amazing the venue was perfectly decorated and we had a wonderful amazing day. Andrew and Andy took care of us on our big day and I can honestly say we couldn’t have asked for two better people they were brilliant from start to finish.

We only wanted a small intimate wedding and we are so glad we chose crabwall manor for this. Not at any point did they make us feel less worthy than one of the big weddings they did. Our family meal and celebrations went without a hitch and we had the best day our way. Thank you to all the staff who were a part of our special day.

We have recently had our wedding at Crabwall Manor Hotel and Spa and can honestly say that our vision for our wedding was definitely turned into a reality! Events Coordinators, Abbi and Cheryl were so helpful from first meeting them at a wedding fayre, right through until after the wedding. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were quick to answer any questions we had. Abbi and Cheryl were always happy to meet us in the run up to the wedding to discuss things and help settle any nerves, which really helped! They have a wealth of experience between them and this really does show. On the wedding day, having exclusive use of the 'events wing/ bar' was a huge bonus for us with having children, there is plenty of space and the atmosphere felt relaxed. As part of our wedding package we had a 'master of ceremonies' - Jackie. We had an opportunity to meet Jackie prior to the wedding, and she conducted our menu tasting, so on the wedding day itself, it was lovely to have a familiar face conducting our day. Jackie went above and beyond and made sure the day ran smoothly. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet food was beautiful and despite the number of guests, the food was served hot and stayed warm. A few guests had different dietary requirements which were all catered for without any problem. All of our the guests commented on how beautiful the venue and grounds are. The bedrooms in which we booked the night prior to the wedding and the wedding night were all very spacious, clean and comfortable. One of our guests was a wheelchair user and following the wedding he has told us how helpful all the staff were and a ramp was always provided where needed. We would highly recommend Crabwall Manor Hotel and Spa to hold any type of event. We would also recommend using their recommended suppliers, especially, Carol Ann's Florist and Amore Events. Thank you all for making our wedding so special! We will definitely be back to see you all soon!

Mine and my wife Alex's wedding here was fantastic. There was only one small hitch on the day due to a flooding in one of the floors but the team members found a better entrance way for my wife to come up to the aisle. The co-ordinator was excellent and managed to organise excellent BBQ food for the day. Very good price for everything we received and were told by multiple guests that it was one of, if not, the best wedding they had been to. We had an absolutely unforgettable day and loved every moment of it. From the cake cutting to the first dance and the rest of the evening, went off amazing along with the breakfast the next day. Made this day truly special for us both. We are so glad we went with Crabwall Manor to have our wedding. On a few final notes, I would like to thank all of the staff on the day and prior for being so helpful and making our postponed wedding as great as it was. I would also like to thank Crabwall Manor for hosting a wedding fair the prior year as it meant we could find a magician there who helped entertain and dazzle guests for a while in the evening. The DJ was awasome too. We had a great wedding photographer also who captured all the great photos we now have. We were so lucky to have such a day. Thanks again. Tom & Alex Broughton.

We had the most beautiful day for our wedding back in 2022. We chose to have an intimate ceremony of only 20 guests as we just wanted our close friends and family for the first part of our wedding with our other guests coming for the night and I'm so glad we did. Crabwall were able to pull off the most incredible day for us and we couldn't thank them enough. I have nothing to complain about apart from I wish I could do it again. The day goes so fast but we will forever have the best memories. Thank you to Cheryl and Abbi for helping us plan the day, for Jackie and her team for running the day and for the lovely Isobel on reception for helping us with the rooms.

We had our lovely wedding day back in April 2022 and we couldn't be more thankful that we chose Crabwall Manor. We were very lucky that Covid didn't affect our wedding and we could still have the day we planned. The hotel itself is such a beautiful surrounding that you don't even feel like you are in a hotel. We chose to have an afternoon tea as our wedding breakfast as we felt it was more suited to our taste and Crabwall Manor were so understanding with this and pulled it off perfectly. The food, décor and staff were what really made our day. We will forever be thankful we came across Crabwall Manor and we look forward to spending many of our anniversaries in our special place.

The venue, the layout, the huge spacious luxurious guest rooms, the food (hog roast and accompaniments including canapés on arrival ) were the best we have ever tasted! Our guests were talking about it for days later! Also a special thanks to Suzanne from Carol Anne Florists for such a beautiful decor of the conservatory plus the flower wall and exquisite blossom trees. The whole day and evening went like clockwork, and we couldn’t have wished for a better day…we were overwhelmed!

Absolutely perfect wedding venue, beautiful grounds, stunning hotel, the wedding was absolute perfection from start to finish. Superb food, staff excellent, we could not have had a more perfect day. What an absolute amazing day. Abbi and Cheryl planned my wedding and made it the most beautiful day.They took away all the pressure and made our day so special.
