We can’t thank Crabwall Manor enough for our beautiful wedding day. Ella was absolutely amazing. She was so reassuring, and nothing was ever too much for her. All of the staff on our wedding day were fantastic, they all looked after us so well and made sure our day went smoothly. The venue looked lovely and the food was delicious. Matthew, our master of ceremonies, was a massive part of our day and is amazing at his job. We can’t thank you all enough for a perfect day.

We booked our wedding at Crabwall Manor in 2023 for 2025. The venue was under new management, and to be honest, we were a little concerned. There were moments early on when we questioned if we had made the right decision. Planning a wedding is definitely a rollercoaster, and it's hard to feel confident when the people supporting you don’t feel fully present or responsive. Everything changed when Sian and Ella came into the picture. From our first meeting, we felt heard and understood. They made it clear that our concerns were valid and that they were here to help make everything right. That level of care and honesty meant everything to us. We never felt like just another booking. We felt seen. Ella has been nothing short of phenomenal. Every meeting with her felt like sitting down with someone who genuinely cared about getting everything just right. She listened to every idea and concern and always offered thoughtful suggestions. Her calm nature made us feel instantly at ease when the stress of planning crept in. One thing we’ll never forget about is how Ella welcomed our daughter. As parents, having her feel included and comfortable was so important to us. Ella not only made space for her but also made her feel special. That level of kindness and understanding meant the world to us as a family. On our wedding day, Ella was simply incredible. She worked closely with Matt, our master of ceremonies, and together they made everything run smoothly. Every detail came to life exactly as we imagined it. Ella was always nearby, calm and reassuring, and always there when we needed her. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Because of her and the wonderful team at Crabwall Manor, our day was everything we dreamed it would be. It was personal, joyful, emotional, and completely us. Crabwall Manor now holds a special place in our hearts. Ella, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You helped give us the best day of our lives.

When we originally booked our wedding back in 2023, there were different wedding coordinators working here, so when they moved on, we were slightly worried. We then met Ella, who was like a breath of fresh air - she listened to every little idea that we had and wasn't afraid to share her opinion, too. Our wedding day was honestly one of the best days of our lives - and the staff at Crabwall Manor played a massive role in that. Matt and Ella were great on the day and managed to make our wedding stress-free and fun. I would also like to mention how on every single visit we have had at Crabwall how we have always been greeted with the best customer service levels from Megan on reception - always helpful and ensuring that we felt valued. The venue itself is stunning - inside and out. All our guests complimented how lovely the food was and how the chef adjusted to the dietary requirements that our guests had. Thank you again for playing a big part in our special day.

We had our wedding at Crabwall Manor on the 22/05/2025. From the moment we looked at this place, we knew we wanted our wedding here. Ella was so helpful from start to finish. Any questions I had, she emailed back straight away. She took time out to help us with things for the wedding and made us feel so relaxed. Everything we asked for was done straight away we were not one bit worried about anything going wrong. Everything was done to the highest standard. Elle was not there for our wedding as she was on annual leave, but our wedding was then passed over to Paul, who was so helpful on the day of the wedding. He called me before I had arrived to introduce himself made us feel at ease with everything. It all ran smoothly. If I could have my wedding again, I would 100% pick Crabwall Manor. They went above and beyond for us. I give them a 5-star rating on everything because they really do deserve it! I don’t know if Crabwall Manor will see this review, but I want to say a massive thank you to you all who work there for giving us the best wedding ever!

We would like to thank all of the staff at Crabwall Manor for hosting our wedding on 3rd May 2025. It was perfect from start to finish and all of our guests had a fantastic time. We want to send a special thank you to Ella the wedding co-ordinator who helped us get our wedding back on track after our original venue at Leasowe Castle was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances with just over 2 months' notice. She really went above and beyond for us to make our day special (which turned out better than we could have ever imagined) and a special thank you to Mathew the master of ceremonies who made sure that our day ran smoothly and put our nerves at ease. We would definitely recommend Crabwall Manor to everyone we know for their special occasions and hope to return soon for additional stays there

The process of having a wedding at Crabwall Manor was great from start to finish, Ella (and before her Cheryl) we're so helpful and communicated with us so well. On the day (and the day before) Matt was a massive help in getting us whatever we needed and sorting everything out! We had a lovely day and our guests loved it too. Plus the bridal suite was amazing!

We would highly recommend this venue for a wedding. Our wedding was absolutely amazing, Martin did a brilliant job organising everything before and on the day. We were very happy and many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. Ee did put on extras for our guests to keep them entertained such as a magician, pianist, singing waiters and casino tables but worth it as everyone had a ball and together with the service from the staff made it such a wonderful day. We recently got married here and what an amazing day it was! Nothing was too much. We were planning for just shy of two years and Cheryl had been amazing the whole time, always on the end of the phone de-stressing me! A few weeks before the big day we met Martin who would be running our day, he couldn’t have done any more on the day, it was chaotic with our big family and they said themselves how amazing and accommodating he was, all the family have said it’s the best wedding they’ve been too! We got married at Crabwall Manor last week and it was the most amazing experience! We chose Crabwall as our venue due to the wedding packages on offer and it did not disappoint, the value for money and the ease it brought to planning a wedding was a god send. All the staff were helpful and friendly along the way with planning and any questions that we had regarding the big day. There were a couple of bumps along the road but nothing that couldn’t/wasn’t resolved at lightning speed and we were never made to feel like we were asking too much. When it came to our actual wedding day Martin was amazing and had the day running smoothly and putting us at ease. If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t change a single thing.

We had the most beautiful wedding day at Crabwall Manor on 4th May 2024. We had been planning the day for 2 years, and it all went so perfectly. The regular meetings with Cheryl during the build-up meant that we were able to design our perfect day. Hollie picked up any of our emails quickly and worked tirelessly to assist us - this was a real lifesaver in the week leading up to the wedding. On the day itself we were expertly looked after by Martin and the rest of the team. We're so grateful for all the hard work that made the day flow so seamlessly. The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the suppliers who worked with the venue were faultless. We are so grateful for the precious memories we have of our special day and for everyone who helped to make it so memorable.

I don't even know where to start... From booking our wedding and on the run-up, Cheryl and Hollie have been there for every question I've had. Nothing is too much for them, and they are there to help every step of the way. The wedding itself was just a dream come true. Everything went so perfectly, every member of staff involved in our day made us feel so so special (even going for breakfast the next day). They fixed anything that didn't go quite to plan without me even getting wind of it! The whole team honestly could not of done enough for us at all. The food was incredible, and all of our guests talked about it for the rest of the night! Martin, who ran out wedding day, was amazing! All of our guests noticed his attention to detail and how ran off his feet he had been all day. The whole day, from start to finish, was absolutely phenomenal, and I'll never be able to thank the crabwall team enough for everything they did for us. Because of you, we had a perfect day.

Crabwall was amazing! The venue is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed and calm, and nothing is too much trouble for Cheryl and the team. All the staff are attentive and polite. The food is delicious, and everything runs like absolute clockwork. Special thanks to Martin and Andy for MC duties and for looking after us for our two-day stay! We had an unforgettable wedding and can't wait to return for our first anniversary.
