The process of having a wedding at Crabwall Manor was great from start to finish, Ella (and before her Cheryl) we're so helpful and communicated with us so well. On the day (and the day before) Matt was a massive help in getting us whatever we needed and sorting everything out! We had a lovely day and our guests loved it too. Plus the bridal suite was amazing!

We would highly recommend this venue for a wedding. Our wedding was absolutely amazing, Martin did a brilliant job organising everything before and on the day. We were very happy and many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. Ee did put on extras for our guests to keep them entertained such as a magician, pianist, singing waiters and casino tables but worth it as everyone had a ball and together with the service from the staff made it such a wonderful day. We recently got married here and what an amazing day it was! Nothing was too much. We were planning for just shy of two years and Cheryl had been amazing the whole time, always on the end of the phone de-stressing me! A few weeks before the big day we met Martin who would be running our day, he couldn’t have done any more on the day, it was chaotic with our big family and they said themselves how amazing and accommodating he was, all the family have said it’s the best wedding they’ve been too! We got married at Crabwall Manor last week and it was the most amazing experience! We chose Crabwall as our venue due to the wedding packages on offer and it did not disappoint, the value for money and the ease it brought to planning a wedding was a god send. All the staff were helpful and friendly along the way with planning and any questions that we had regarding the big day. There were a couple of bumps along the road but nothing that couldn’t/wasn’t resolved at lightning speed and we were never made to feel like we were asking too much. When it came to our actual wedding day Martin was amazing and had the day running smoothly and putting us at ease. If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t change a single thing.

We had the most beautiful wedding day at Crabwall Manor on 4th May 2024. We had been planning the day for 2 years, and it all went so perfectly. The regular meetings with Cheryl during the build-up meant that we were able to design our perfect day. Hollie picked up any of our emails quickly and worked tirelessly to assist us - this was a real lifesaver in the week leading up to the wedding. On the day itself we were expertly looked after by Martin and the rest of the team. We're so grateful for all the hard work that made the day flow so seamlessly. The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the suppliers who worked with the venue were faultless. We are so grateful for the precious memories we have of our special day and for everyone who helped to make it so memorable.

I don't even know where to start... From booking our wedding and on the run-up, Cheryl and Hollie have been there for every question I've had. Nothing is too much for them, and they are there to help every step of the way. The wedding itself was just a dream come true. Everything went so perfectly, every member of staff involved in our day made us feel so so special (even going for breakfast the next day). They fixed anything that didn't go quite to plan without me even getting wind of it! The whole team honestly could not of done enough for us at all. The food was incredible, and all of our guests talked about it for the rest of the night! Martin, who ran out wedding day, was amazing! All of our guests noticed his attention to detail and how ran off his feet he had been all day. The whole day, from start to finish, was absolutely phenomenal, and I'll never be able to thank the crabwall team enough for everything they did for us. Because of you, we had a perfect day.

We had our wedding at Crabwall Manor, and honestly, it was second to none! My new husband and I married on Friday, May 3rd, and we had the most magical day. From the start, Cheryl was always on hand to answer our questions. Crabwall was amazing! The venue is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed and calm, and nothing is too much trouble for Cheryl and the team. All the staff are attentive and polite. The food is delicious, and everything runs like absolute clockwork. Special thanks to Martin and Andy for MC duties and for looking after us for our two-day stay! We had an unforgettable wedding and can't wait to return for our first anniversary.

From start to finish me, and my partner had the best experience with Crabwall Manor; they listened to everything we wanted and also suggested things that would look good or help with our day; Martin and Cheryl were outstanding. Nothing could have gone better with our day. There was no stress. It was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better; the venue was perfect, the rooms were lovely and big, and the staff well, they should all be so proud as they were a credit to the Crabwall Manor, and they should be honoured to have them on their team, we had the best day, and everything went the way we wanted it to, Martin was excellent and took all the stress of the day If we wish to happy he would sort it there, and then, I can’t fault the venue or staff one bit, thank you so much for letting us have our special day with you guys

We can not put into words how amazing our day was. From the point of booking to the actual day, all our inquiries were dealt with and nothing was too much trouble. We had some allergy requests that were dealt with efficiently, and the food and service were excellent. We want to give a massive thanks to Martin, especially, what an amazing man. He went out of his way to ensure we had the perfect day, and it wouldn't have run as smoothly without him. He even came in on his day off to check we were happy. He is the perfect master of ceremonies. We are so happy we chose Crabwall Manor for our beautiful day.

A perfect, perfect day. Couldn’t have asked for any more. Extremely friendly, welcoming staff (especially Abbi) - nothing was too much trouble. Felt so well supported and kept me very calm throughout the planning. We would also highly recommend their recommended florist - Suzanne. We felt like we had known her for years. So friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend Crabwall Manor to get married.

Leading up to the wedding I was supported by Abbi and Cheryl via email and face to face. Replies to my emails were always quick and gave me the information I needed. They introduced us to Suzanne from Carol Annes Florist who did all our flowers and venue dressing and Stephen from Amore Events who did our entertainment. The room was stunning, it was better than I ever could have dreamed. The bouquets, buttonholes, centrepieces everything was matching and were so beautiful. The table and chair decorations were exactly what we wanted. All the other decorations were fabulous e.g. postbox for cards from the guests, fairy lights across the ceiling, and a flower arch behind the head table. We left all the music to Stephen and he knew exactly what he was doing. He knew how to read the crowd and play songs accordingly, very obviously a pro! It was worth every penny we spent on the dancing on clouds extra as the photos make it look like we're in a fairytale, absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms we stayed in were perfect. Clean, tidy, and massive! The food was literally to die for. I cannot even put into words how delicious each meal was. I never got the names of the chefs but I want to say a thousand thank yous to everyone involved in making the food as it was the best meal I've ever had and honestly the rest of the guests would agree with me. Andrew and Andrew looked after us on our wedding day and they were great. They took care of anything we needed on the day. Everything was perfect, I could not have asked for a better day. The only problem we had was that my phone wouldn't sync to their speakers so I had to walk down the aisle to music from my phone on maximum volume - not an issue for us however I can imagine how stressful that may be for other couples so I would advise you check your phone can connect to the speaker before the wedding! I cannot thank everyone at Crabwall enough for making our wedding truly magical.
