THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES. We can not thank Loch Lomond Arms Hotel and the wonderful staff that work here enough for making our day what it was. From the various planning meetings and back and forth emails to the day itself the venue and the team went above and beyond at every point. They worked so hard to bring all our visions to life and the day was so smooth and relaxing. As we know not everything goes to plan and when a little rain got in the way the team jumped into action and rearranged in such short notice with zero interruptions. And I have to mention the FOOD. The food was beyond amazing and all our guests are still raving about it now! Loch Lomond Arms Hotel is in the perfect location with the most stunning venues and gorgeous backdrop but what really made the day for us both was the staff. They made sure everything was perfect and such an ease. THANK YOU SO MUCH x

The Loch Lomond Arms Hotel was a fantastic venue to get married at. The staff were so incredibly helpful with the planning process. James is the venue coordinator. He was very organised and a joy to work with. The process of planning the wedding was so smooth. We chose the Luss Package for our 50 guests. We were able to make amendments to the package (add an extra canape). James was also there to answer any question we had about the process or how to plan a wedding in general. In terms of the venue itself -- the event space was perfect to hold our medium sized wedding in (50 guests). They could also accommodate larger weddings if your numbers are bigger. There are two event rooms (adjoining) and an outdoor space. It was beautiful, felt low-key and romantic which is the vibe we were looking for. The setting is also stunning and a 5 minute walk from Luss Pier which is a perfect spot to get some wedding day photos. The food was 10/10. The menu was a major factor in picking the venue. The canapes were delicious. The main meal was so, so good -- and I loved being able to give our guests a choice of 3 options for all 3 courses. On the day coordination was also superb (provided by the venue). Sophie was lovely, we got to chat to her over Zoom before our big day. She was discreet but very helpful with any minor hiccups that occurred. Thanks again to the team at Loch Lomond Arms for doing such a brilliant job!

I honestly don’t know where to start, James has been the best wedding co from start to finish, I don't think I could have done it without him! Loch Lomond Arms isn’t only a stunning wedding venue, the staff are all so amazing, helpful and friendly! A massive shout out to Sophie as well for being there on my wedding morning and helping me through the nerves and being amazing throughout the full day! We loved this venue from the minute we seen it and loads of our guests couldn’t complement it enough! Such a chilled day full of love thanks to these guys! See you on our wedding anniversary!

James and the team at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel provided us with our perfect winter wedding! Nothing was too much trouble and the service was fantastic from start to finish! We had the ceremony on Luss Pier, followed by an intimate reception for our 12 strong party in the Library Room in the Loch Lomond Arms. Planner James fully understood the relaxed vibe we were looking for and his suggestions were spot on. It was a magical evening, with the roaring fire, traditional decor, excellent sound system and a delicious dinner menu that had all 12 of us fully satisfied, before retiring to our very comfortable and classically Scottish bedrooms for the night. Breakfast was superb and we left the Loch Lomond Arms very happy indeed. The whole experience was everything we had hoped it would be and more. Thank you James and Co! We'll be back for dinner and a trip down wedding memory lane in the summer!

We had our wedding at Loch Lomond Arms Hotel in July this year, and it was the most perfect day. From the first initial walk through of the venue, the staff at the hotel were amazing. Nothing was a bother. What we loved about the venue was the versatility, and how much it could be adapted to fit our style for what we envisioned for our day. The staff were able to recommend so many local suppliers to help make our dream wedding a reality. Everyone commented on the day about how amazing the venue, staff, service and the food were. Nothing was a bother. A special mention to James, the wedding coordinator at the hotel, who read all of my long winded (borderline OCD) emails, and listened to all my worries, and ramblings on the weeks leading up to the wedding. He made us feel so at ease during the entire process, particularly during the pandemic and not knowing what our day would look like. We cannot think him enough for making our day so so special, and having a great sense of humour throughout (which was much needed)! I would recommend Loch Lomond Arms Hotel to anyone looking for a fun, friendly, laid back atmosphere. I only wish we could relive our whole day again!

Having waited over two years to finally walk down" that" aisle, due to Covid, the team at Loch Lomond Arms Hotel could have not been more accommodating in finally getting us to our wedding day. Naively, I thought this whole wedding thing was relatively stress free, as we had decided to do a lot of the decorating ourselves . If it wasn't for Sophie and James helping us to get things looking just right, then I might have not been quite as calm. Throughout the whole journey, from start to finish, nothing was a problem here for any of our requests. We went for a non traditional set up for our special day, with barbecue and an ice cream cart, which again, the hotel helped us come up with the right menu. The whole location and rustic vibe suited us. When it poured with rain in the evening, it just added to the dramatic background even more(is it ever not beautiful in Luss!). The staff at the hotel could certainly teach some other hotels a few things about customer service for sure. A wedding is very special, and you need to be able to relax and enjoy yourself. We had our wedding here on 10th May, 2019. It was the perfect day. James and his staff could not have done anymore to make our day so perfect. Loch Lomond Arms Hotel is a very laid back venue, with staff that make you feel so welcome. We stayed in the cottages, and they were beautiful. It was so peaceful. We had the best day ever! The whole process with Loch Lomond Arms Hotel was easy, even moving our date. James was very relaxed and happy to accommodate any requests we had. Nothing was off limits! Our friends and family loved the hotel and the fact that we had a separate building all to ourselves. On the day, the staff made sure there were no issues and it all ran smoothly. We only wish we could do it all again.

The team at Loch Lomond Arms Hotel could not have been more helpful. From the first time we viewed the venue, they were constantly on hand providing support when we needed it. We had the best day at their loch-side venue, Slate Quay. It was completely private, and gave us the best view of Loch Lomond for our ceremony and reception. The food, drink and party afterwards were exactly what we wanted as well. I can't thank the team enough for everything they did! I would 100% recommend Loch Lomond Arms Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue that offers lots of different options, flexibility and a great selection of different locations to have your dream wedding.
