Honestly, everything felt more intimate, more real, more meaningful & the Heights team helped us honour that feeling in the most beautiful way. To Shannon, Sean, Rachel, Joan, Ivor & all the amazing staff behind the scenes: you did not just do a job, you helped create an atmosphere where we could be fully present with the people who matter most to us. You held the space with such grace and passion, letting us focus entirely on what the day was really about, love, connection & joy. We have stayed in many places especially me with my band Nostalgia, & I attended many events but Damien & I have never experienced this kind of genuine care, every guest felt it too & that speaks volumes. Our Amazing Wedding at The Heights Hotel. I recently had my wedding at The Heights Hotel, which included ceremony and reception and I would highly recommend. All the staff were so attentive and friendly with not just myself and my husband but with the guests as well. Great affordable package price with choices for guests on the menu, and lots of decoration provided by the hotel, but the staff and food were what made this hotel really stand out. Thanks especially to the wedding coordinator Susan, Joan, who initially convinced us to book the hotel, Dylan and Megan, to name a few. I loved the bridal suite, very spacious and perfect for 7 of us getting hair and makeup done in the morning. The guests were raving about the hotel and the friendliness of the check-in staff. It was some of my wedding guests first time in Ireland and it meant a lot that they said they enjoyed it so much and are already booking flights to come back over again. Our perfect wedding at the Heights Hotel Killarney. We had our wedding reception at The Heights Hotel Killarney in August, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of perfection. Joan, Sean, Kacper, Chloe, Ciara, Shannon, and the entire team went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Every detail was considered, even things we hadn’t thought about ourselves—like the sweet stand that appeared for the “kids” after dinner, which kept the celebration going in the most thoughtful way. Wedding team and the wider Heights team, we are now well and truly back to reality after a magical wedding weekend! The food was delicious and set-up in the room was beautiful. Also, the bridal suite was really amazing. So clean, comfortable and spacious - flawless! So many of the staff were extremely welcoming to our guests, put myself and the bridal party at ease on the day and generally we just had fun with you all! There isn't enough I can say to recommend this hotel. From the day we booked it, in 2019, to having to postpone in 2020, due to covid, there wasn't enough that Jason or Megan could do for us. We were made to feel at ease from the outset. They always answered my e-mails promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Our advice to any bride and groom considering booking this venue, just do it. You won’t regret it. The staff go over and above to accommodate you. On the day, the food was outstanding, and the tables looked fabulous. Reflecting back on our special day, I wouldn’t change a single thing. The venue was stunning, the staff were amazing and looked after us so well.

I would definitely recommend The Heights Hotel for any couple thinking of booking their wedding. Due to Covid, we changed our date four times, but nothing was ever a problem or issue in Heights Hotel. Jason and the team were very accommodating with everything. We had 25 guests at our wedding. We also made the best decision by booking our wedding guests for two nights. We had a great weekend, and everything was very relaxed and ran smoothly. After a long year of lockdowns, everyone was delighted to have a celebration, and The Heights was definitely the right place for it. Even though The Heights were very compliant with Covid regulations, it did not take over or take from a day. So I'm very happy to give them five stars!

We got married at The Heights Hote in July, and we couldn't recommend them enough. We worked with Jason on the run up to the wedding. He was accommodating and great to deal with. On the wedding day, everything was perfect, from how the room was decorated to the food. Our guests are still talking about how fabulous the food was. The hotel staff from the reception, waiting, and bartenders were lovely to deal with, and they were all so helpful. We highly recommend getting married at this hotel as it is just beautiful.

The Heights Hotel is a fantastic wedding venue. Megan put us at ease from our very first introduction. She was so down to earth, and nothing was a bother. She made every part of our wedding preparations enjoyable. The wedding day itself was perfect. The Wedding room was stunning, beautifully decorated, and the bonus was the beautiful gardens we got to take the most fabulous photos in. Jason and his team went above and beyond for our families and us. All of our guests raved about the food, which was both tasty and plentiful. You will not regret booking The Heights Hotel. They will honestly give you a day to remember.

We got married back in August in The Heights Hotel! There really are no words to describe just how amazing the hotel is. Natalie the wedding coordinator was absolutely fantastic..any email, and there was plenty was answered straight away...she has won awards for a reason, she is in a league of her own! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she put us at ease the whole lead up to the big day! The whole day ran so smoothly all thanks to her and all the other amazing staff! The food was delicious and plentiful..everyone was offered seconds of the main courses which is always a lovely touch! I wouldn’t change a thing about the day, everything about the hotel was perfect! They definitely deserve their 5 stars and would recommend anyone looking at this hotel for their wedding to definitely book it, you won’t be disappointed!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding day at the Killarney Heights Hotel in July. This hotel was superb from day one. We choose this hotel because of how fresh it looks and feels but also for its many beautiful features. Nothing was a problem to them. They were professional at all times and completely delivered on the day! The food was piping hot and our guests commented on how good it was and plenty of it! They really went above and beyond in that when one of our guests had to take her young child to their bedroom during the meal, staff followed her up with her dinner, drinks and dessert afterwards. That is beyond any of our expectations, ever! Natalie, our coordinator, was the dream! Anything we asked for was not a problem and the day ran so smoothly. She was so professional and so trustworthy - I genuinely looked forward to our meetings. On the day, the room looked amazing, our colour scheme and artwork was incorporated everywhere possible (without me having to request this!) Natalie even made sure my brother got a birthday cake on the day (which I had nearly forgotten). Natalie made us and all the wedding party feel so at ease with regards to the arrival, meal and speeches etc. because we were kept informed all the time. All of our guests have made comments on the hotel and the staff and said they would recommend it to anyone as they just had such an amazing time. A Beautiful hotel in a perfect setting! We can't thank them enough.

My husband and I had our wedding here last month it was so perfect. Natalie was a diamond from start to finish nothing was ever to much. Her staff on the day were completely amazing. The food that the head chef Jamie sent out was out of this world our guests are still on about it as they couldn't believe the high standard and quality of the food. To Natalie and the staff of the hotel I would like to thank ye personally from the heart as ye made our wedding absolutely beautiful and perfect.

We had our wedding reception at the Heights hotel in June. We were delighted we chose this venue! Natalie is excellent at her job, she is so organised, she will put you at ease, and she ensures the day runs smoothly! The room itself is so bright and airy thanks to all the windows, and the room was decorated beautifully on the day. Writing this on our honeymoon, but honestly felt we had to share it! When it came to booking a venue, we as most couples do went and looked at several hotels. When it came to viewing the heights we instantly knew this was going to be the one. As soon as we walked in we were made to feel at home, from the reception staff right through to the bar staff waiting to meet with the wedding planner, Natalie. I cannot stress how nothing we wanted was an issue, some hotels make restrictions etc and all we were told was it's our day, and what we want the hotel will make happen! Even to the point of Natalie suggesting things like the prosecco van, which went down a treat! Naturally we booked our wedding and over the coming months felt real at ease organising all the details despite living in Cork. We arrived the night before and instantly were greeted on a first name basis throughout the hotel, something small but when the bar staff know your name, it certainly made me feel at home. On our wedding day there were lots of little bits to set up as always. The groomsmen running round trying to sort it all. Just as we were getting a bit stressed, staff from the hotel came and asked what was to be done, told us go and relax and took care of it! That was the theme of the entire day, nothing was to much trouble and the overwhelming message to us as the bride and groom was relax...we will take care of it all. We had our ceremony in the hotel, which was amazing. Then we moved to the conservatory, believe me it's worth stopping in just to see this yourself. After the drinks reception it was back to the room. What a transformation. It was everything we wanted and more. Food and drink flowed and its was beautiful. (Thanks Natalie for all the advice during the tasting). On day 2 we were met with champagne and orange juice and the same friendly faces in the bar looking after our every need. Hotel organised music, we had another fantastic meal and a proper sing song till the early hours. This hotel surpassed all our expectations. My only advice is, if like us you are planning your wedding and looking at hotels, please add the Killarney Heights to your list to go and see. You wont regret it! Dara & Mel Murphy

When we were searching for venues we did what most couples do, we picked our budget and what we wanted from our day and shortlisted our venues. The Heights Hotel took the lead from the beginning. We visited for a wedding fair and just fell in love. In love with the venue, with the views and with the amazing staff whom were all friendly and so professional. We booked it that day because we just knew it was the venue for us. No it doesn't have fairy light backdrops or colourful uplighting that many venues offer but for us, breath taking views and the natural light was exactly us. We were such a chilled couple to a point where I though "oh maybe we're too relaxed", but Natalie is so good, we didn't need to be stressed or worry about what we wanted or how to make it happen, she just knew the answers, before we even formed the questions Natalie knew! The emphasis was put on how it was our day, our wedding and the hotel would help us do it our way. We are from Cork and with both of us working full time and having two small kids, trips up and down to Killarney weren't an option, thankfully it didn't have to be. Natalie was our point of contact and every email was answered quickly and it was just so easy. We arrived on the Friday night, where we were met with smiles, the reception staff, the bar staff, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We ate in the bar on the Friday night and the food was amazing even then. We sat outside as it was beautiful weather and the staff would stop for a chat while collecting glasses and one bar man Mark was very witty and funny, the bridesmaids nearly invited him to the wedding. On our wedding day there were lots of last minute table plan changes and things that should stress you out, but no, the staff has solutions to whatever issue we brought. Honestly, as a bride and groom we thought we'd have more to do, we thought we'd have to sort things but no, Natalie and her team were just on fire. We had our ceremony in the hotel, which was nothing short of beautiful, their set up is fab, lanterns lining the alise and just a relaxed theme to the whole thing. Prior to the ceremony, Natalie met me and the girls in the room and ran through what we'd have to do and how it would go which really settled the last minute jitters. The drinks reception conservatory is just beautiful, one of the plus sides was having the option to provide our own beer for it, the set up is great and the donut wall is just icing on the cake. After the drinks reception we went back to the ceremony room, the set up is lovely, the table centre pieces were beautiful, the placement of everything from the Mr & Mrs sign (which is provided by the hotel), the sweet cart had a divider so it was reasonably hidden from our 17 child guests and the tables were just beautifully set up. The dinner was amazing Rachel waited on the top table and she was so friendly and again a bit of banter which worked so nicely for our day. The food really was phenomenal and we had guests with stomachs like bottomless pits telling us how impressed they were about portion sizes! As we stumbled to bed at 515am, we were met at reception by the night porter whom took our room service order for the morning before we fell into the bridal suite, which, I must stay is nothing short of luxurious. Finally, if I had to give a bride and groom any advise when planning their wedding it would be, book The Heights Hotel.

We had our wedding in the Heights in April 2019. As we are living in London when we first started planning our wedding day we booked a weekend in Killarney to view several potential venues. We had read great reviews about the Heights and their amazing wedding planner Natalie and within moments of being shown around we knew it was the right venue for us. The lovely, bright and spacious wedding reception room was what really sold the Hotel to us as well as the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Natalie's happy and bubbly personality and her passion for weddings also made the decision very easy for us. We could not fault the hotel, staff or Natalie for all they did for us - they made organising a wedding from London very easy. We did 3 nights in the hotel - the night before the wedding, the night of the wedding and the night after. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. Not only were both families well looked after but so many of our guests have commented on the great service and how brilliant the staff were throughout their stay there. The morning of the wedding they had an area set up for the bridal party to have our hair and make up done. They served us breakfast there and were constantly popping in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. It was so relaxing and enjoyable having nothing to worry about the morning of the wedding and having everyone together in the one place. The wedding day itself was amazing and everything ran to plan, the food was outstanding and the service during the reception was faultless - many guests are still talking about the dinner! It was just fantastic from start to finish and Natalie was always on hand to make sure everything was running smoothly and on time. We had our day two at the hotel as well and again the staff were great and nothing was ever too much hassle. I would highly recommend the Heights and Natalie to anyone who is thinking of getting married in Killarney!

I got married on the 1st June 2019 and I have to say it was made so much more special due to the staff and the set up at the hotel. Natalie the wedding coordinator was just amazing to deal with. On the run up to the wedding nothing was a problem and she made me so relaxed and assured that the day would run smooth. It was a humanistic ceremony in the hotel and the room set up was stunning. after this the guests were brought to the amazing drinks reception area to enjoy beverages before being brought back into the dining room where they had a meal of beef and Hake. Every guest commented on how beautiful the food was and how fast the service was. As it was the same day as the champion league final the hotel were able to live stream the game into the room during the meal at my request. Like I said nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend and future brides planning a wedding to please check out this hotel and speak to Natalie. Thank you again Natalie and all the staff for everything you did.

What can I say about the heights…? Well, its nothing you guys don’t already know! You hear it from every wedding party I’m sure! All the staff have been exceptionally superb and Dan and I cannot thank you enough, and I honestly mean that! Without you guys making the day run effortlessly in the background it just wouldn’t have been as good as it was! Every staff member went above and beyond what we could have asked for. You guys not only know how to make sure a party is run, but a party is run well and for that Dan and I just honestly cannot say thank you enough! We held our wedding here on 28/12/2018. The hotel went above and beyond our expectations. Our wedding co-ordinator Natalie was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and she put us very at ease to the lead up of the wedding. The staff on the day were excellent and very friendly and the food was amazing, our guests at the wedding are still commenting on how good it was. I would highly recommend Natalie and the staff at the heights hotel for a wedding venue, I wouldn't change a thing, keep up the good work, 5 stars all the way, well done guys!

When we started our journey of choosing a wedding venue, we like most couples had a check list - a room to cater for a large crowd, room for people to stay, car parking facilities and overall impression. We narrowed our list down and chose The Killarney Height’s Hotel because this venue ticked all our boxes and what really ensured that The Height’s Hotel was the correct venue for us was when we met Natalie. On our initial consultation, nothing was a problem. She was so accommodating to our various requests and very professional. She made us feel like we were at home. With the moposa website provided by the hotel and reminder emails from Natalie reminding us of various things to do re the reception we knew we were in a safe pair of hands and that nothing would be overlooked. Natalie shone again closer to the big day with the food tasting. We were undecided after the first food tasting and spoke with Natalie. She took on board our questions and observations and reassured us when we needed it most and invited us back for another food tasting - this was a great relief to us as the meal is one of the biggest talking points at a wedding. On the day itself Natalie worked tirelessly for us in the background with her well trained team ensuring that we could really enjoy the day and not to have to worry about anything. We enclose a photo our photographer took in the hotel’s stunning garden at night. The gardens are superb at night, one of our favourite places at the hotel.
