We truly had the wedding of our dreams at the Crowne Plaza. The whole experience from viewing the venue to checking out the day after our wedding was amazing. Heidi helped every step of the way and made sure we got everything covered including things which were nothing to do with the venue so she didn’t need to give advice or help but she did! We came up against a couple of glitches along the way and Heidi went above and beyond to make sure they were resolved and our wedding day was not impacted. The team on the day were also brilliant. I was inundated with comments from our guests saying how well the day was managed and that the staff could not do enough to make sure the day ran smoothly. In particular Martin was incredible on the day and the morning after the wedding. A separate breakfast was put on the morning after the wedding just for us and our guests so we could have a lie in and have our own area to talk about the day before. The whole experience was amazing and we wish we could do it all again! Thank you so much for everyone at the Crowne Plaza for making our day so special!

We had the most magical wedding day! And mostly thanks to the crowne plaza at felbridge! Heidi and her team were so helpful from the moment we started to plan our day right through until the very end, we cannot thank you enough! Every meeting, through to every email and every second of our special day we felt at ease in Heidi's hands. Everyone at the crowne plaza were so friendly even the catering staff and reception staff and everybody was so helpful if we had even the smallest of questions. The way the room was set out for our wedding breakfast was absolutly stunning and I couldnt believe how perfect it was, I had a picture in my mind how I wanted it to look and it looked even more stunning, joanne who created our stationary is absolutly incredible and made our table stationary, wedding post box and table plan look stunning! Even when needing to change djs last minute heidi found an alternative for us straight away and without a doubt we were still at complete ease and the music was brilliant throughout the whole evening. The food tasted delicious, we had nothing but good comments about the sit down meal and evening buffet! We stayed in a honeymoon suite for the night and the room was lovely! With our own little balcony, personalised sweet treats, champagne and love heart swans made from towels with petals on the bed was such a sweet touch! And the breakfast included in our package for the next morning was delicious!! Thankyou so much to everyone at the crowne plaza with special thanks to heidi, carla, and joanne for helping to make our day so wonderful, we cannot wait to stay in our complimentary room already for our 1st anniversary next year! ❤

I had always wanted to get married at the Felbridge Hotel as it was once known as and luckily my now husband was wowed by the venue too. We opted to have our reception in the trio suite as we were having a relatively small wedding. It was decorated beautifully and as we had requested. It fitted our guest size of 50 perfectly but could have easily seated more. Our food was delicious with generous portions and the waiting staff were helpful and professional. Our toast master, DJ and event planner were superb and couldn't have done more to help us and guide us through the planning and our special day. Other than a couple of issues raised with regards to the hotel room and service our wedding day was faultless and pretty stress free thanks to the staff on hand. We have already booked to stay again for our wedding anniversary.

We met with Heidi for the first time 3 months before our Wedding Day. Heidi is incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Heidi also completely appreciates and understands the importance of the day ahead. Following our initial meeting Heidi followed up with a number of emails and was a constant reminder to us to make sure we were covering off everything with time to spare. In summary she took away all the pressure from us and looked after us from start to finish. Heidi is exceptional at what she does and is very approachable and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Crown Plaza Felbridge as a Wedding Venue. the room was decorated perfectly, just as we imagined it would and all the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Elsa was on hand throughout the day alongside Heidi to make sure the day ran smoothly. Even late in the evening Elsa was available and had a complete understanding of everything we wanted. Elsa kept me up to date with the bar tab and everyone of the guests commented on how perfect the day was. A special thanks would need to be extended to the Chef. We chose Lamb for our main meal and it was delicious. Everyone has commented on how nice the food was and rightly so it was exceptional. We had really high expectations of the hotel and the staff members and we trusted them with the biggest day of our lives and they made it just perfect for us. I cannot extend my thanks enough to Heidi, Elsa, Carla all of the team behind the scenes who contributed to our day. I would highly recommend the venue and the events staff they really are exceptional people. A month has passed since our day and so many of our guests that we have met since or spoken to have all commented on what a wonderful day they had at our wedding. This is down to the Felbridge venue and the staff.

Our wedding day at the Felbridge Crowne Plaza was absolutely amazing, and Livia and get team went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more - the venue is beautiful and the guests all had an amazing time. Livia was there with us every step of the way and deserves full recognition for her hard work. We wish we could do the day again, but will instead enjoy returning to the hotel to make the most of their amazing facilities which we were too busy to enjoy over the wedding! Thank you so much to everyone involved for helping us celebrate our marriage so perfectly.

From the moment we looked around the venue we knew it was where we wanted to get married. The layout of the ballroom worked perfectly for what we wanted. Livia was our wedding planner. From the start she was interested in us as a couple, our 2 children and what we had in mind for our wedding day. Nothing was too much trouble for Livia and communication was great. We loved the fact that even though Livia always remained professional we could actually have a laugh with her. Livia was always smiling and I believe she is genuinely a really lovely person. Livia was able to offer us great advise on layouts and how the day would run but was never at all pushy. Livia saved the day for us when we were let down by a photobooth company. Livia told me not to worry and arranged the whole thing from start to finish. Livia was left to her own devices to set up on the wedding day and she honestly made the place look amazing! We could not fault anything. When Livia wasn’t around for any reason Heidi would always try and answer our questions or would let us know when Livia would be back. We met Heidi when we needed to pick chair sashes and she was so lovely! Again, nothing was too much trouble. During our menu tasting we met Job who is such a gentleman. Job and his team made George and I feel as though we were the only couple to have ever had a menu tasting... his service and manners where amazing and he is a great laugh. Job had known how much I had liked one of the dishes on the menu tasting and the night before the wedding he mentioned the dish I loved to the chef who then actually made it especially for me that evening! I never got to thank the chef for that meal and the amazing job he and his team did on my wedding day. Caitriona was someone we met in the club lounge and again another lovely member of your team. There is so much more I could write but not enough room. Our wedding day was AMAZING we would love everyone who was part of our wedding to know how thankful we are!!! X

We booked our wedding for 29. 9.18 through Livia & her team at the Felbridge. Throughout the whole experience Livia was fantastic, helping Chris & I through every step of the way and arranging and giving us guidelines on everything. She took the stress away completely and our day was amazing. Not only did we have great weather but the Felbridge & their staff were amazing in every way with us and our guests on the day. We booked the trio of rooms which worked for us being quite intimate and easy for guests to mingle and having quite time if they wished. Livia booked us the Felbridge's resident DJ who was so good, tailored music to suit our taste and got guests up dancing all night. We had such a lovely wedding day which we will remember for ever thanks to the Felbridge and would thoroughly recommend as a wedding venue. Liz & Chris Packham

I highly recommend the crowne plaza for your wedding day, it was an amazing day very well organized, I would recommend Heidi as your planner she was brilliant, at first we had a few hiccups with another member of staff but was soon sorted out, the only negative is there is not a room for the bride to get ready and had to pay extra. Thanks for making my day special.

We celebrated our marriage on 25th November at the Crowne Plaza Felbridge. We would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the Felbridge for making our wedding day so perfect. A special thank you to Heidi who was a great support leading up to the wedding as well as on the day, she was amazing. Also Ben who was a brilliant support to us on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly to make our day as wonderful as it was, thank you Ben. Many of our guests commented on how accommodating the hotel was and the friendliness of all the staff. The food was lovely and we were very lucky to have a private breakfast room arranged for us and our guests the day after the wedding which was a lovely end to a perfect weekend. The hotel have offered us a complimentary nights stay which we plan to take advantage of on our anniversary, we are very much looking forward to returning back to the hotel.
