Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you again to you and whole team at the Montague for your incredible efforts both on Saturday and in the lead up to our wedding. It's hard to put in to words how grateful we are - everything was just fantastic, and I don't think there is anything at all we would do differently. I can't tell you how many people commented on what an amazing venue it was, and how wonderful the service was from the whole team. We agree that the venue in itself is amazing, but the real stand out for us was the team. Nothing was too much trouble for any of you - no request was too big or small; and you played such a fundamental role in enabling us to have our dream wedding. In particular Lucia, we really can not thank you personally enough. Your professionalism, positive can-do attitude, and your smile really took so much stress out of the occasion and made it all feel relaxed and easy. Additionally, thank you so much for creating the menu cards, and for your accommodation of the toy lander car!!!! We'd love to pop by and buy you a drink and show you a few more photos at a time that's good for you. Once again many thanks for the excellent time we and our guests spent in the Montague on the gardens! Everything was amazing! Especially we would like to say great thanks to Jess who helped us throughout the whole journey and at the day, Stef for arranging everything to meet our preferences and requests, Jorge for arranging the transportation at the day and taking care for our car and other stuff. Although the hotel venue is amazing with a fantastic location and authentic London town feel what sealed the deal for us was meeting Jess and Everett who were so passionate and enthusiastic about their venue and hosting events and weddings. We knew straight away that choosing them to host our wedding would mean we would be completely looked after from start to finish, and they did not disappoint. Jess made planning our wedding simple and easy and she was our point of contact all the way through. She added a personal feel and it was great having her there on the day, giving us updates and, along with Everett, ensured that our glasses were never empty! We could not have asked for anything more from the team, everything went perfectly and every detail was considered. The team got us and the guests to the right places at the right time and so many of our guests complimented us on how lovely and helpful all the staff were on the day. The whole team made our wedding feel uniquely important and not just another event in the diary, we cannot recommend them enough.

Hi Jess, What a magical day we had! We would like to thank you for having helped us with everything and being so relaxed about the last minute cancellations. You really did a fantastic job! All our guests had a fabulous time, they all said the staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and the venue was gorgeous. They all loved the leopard room and the ski lodge. Popchoir were also super happy and said their food was incredible. We absolutely loved our honeymoon suite, thenk you so much for the cookies, macaroons and the lovely petals. I had the most amazing bath in there and the bed was super comfy! I think we want to move there permanently! The pictures are lovey, I love how they are all so natural and spontaneous. You can definitely use them for social media/brochures. I will let you know when the show airs and I hope to see you sometime. Maybe we’ll go and have breakfats or dinner at the hotel one day. My "Husband and I" (can't believe I get to say this all the time now) had the great opportunity to get married here; gay wedding. Amazing! The location is great, the venue is beautiful; quality and finness. Every room is individually styled, with a range of sizes. Our honeymoon suite was like a central London flat. We searched London for a hotel with both inside and outside space; there are not many. And we wanted a more informal day. A BBQ you say? Oh yes. The staff are attentive yet reserved. Never imposing, but they were always there when you needed them. It is the staff that attracted us most to this hotel. From the conceirge when you walk, to the receptionists, the porters, the dinner staff, the room staff, the operaional staff. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, stops and talks and has a laugh with you. Nothing is a problem. And that is especially true of our wedding orgniser. From the moment we met her back in Feb through until our big day, everything was a pleasure. We've not done this before (get married). But these guys have! They know the Camden Registrars. They know what to expect. These guys can source everything for your wedding; you choose just how little or how much. We had the best day of our life here. Our guest noted it being the best wedding they've ever been to. It's not the big gestures in life that matter, but the little ones we remember the most. With the Montague on the Gardens, you get a "whole lotta little gestures". Treat your beautiful bride or groom to be, get married here!!!

We got engaged in September 2015 and always knew we didn't wanted a very long engagement but also were on a tight budget. We'd dreamed of this countryside wedding in a barn but everything we looked at we didn't like, so we started to look a little closer to home as we lived in London at the time. When searching online we stumbled across the Montague and it caught our eye due to the lovely outdoor space. We arranged an appointment to view the Venue and meet up with Stephanie. Needless to say we were sold! Upon the first moment when we stepped into the Montague we felt more than welcome, everyone was beyond welcoming and helpful. The staff made us feel like we belonged and as if no request was too much to ask. We ended up getting married in August in Islington Town Hall and took a Routemaster to the Montague for our reception. The warm welcome when we arrived was amazing. Everything was decorated to perfection, better than we'd ever imagined it to be. Special thanks also at this point again to the kitchen team who managed to decorate our cake in the most amazing way, the Pinterest pictures they had as a guide looked like nothing in comparison to our cake! We wanted an outdoor feel to our wedding so we opted for the BBQ Menu that was being served on the deck outside. Everyone at the Montague was incredible helpful and flexible and we were even allowed to swop the welcome Champagne for Welcome Cocktails. Our guests loved it! We ended up spending pretty much most of our celebration on the deck and in the conservatory until it was time for the DJ to rock the house. He was great and played a perfect mix. We can truly recommend the Montague and definitely will be coming back for our 1st Anniversary this year! Special Thanks to the whole team, Stephanie, you were amazing, Everett we miss you and your jokes, Manos, your Electric Lemonade was THE hit, the whole kitchen team and everyone who helped behind the scenes! I celebrated my wedding at the montague. It was absolutely amazing Stephanie Luke Daria Everett and the rest of the staff were fantastic in making the day even more special❤️❤️❤️ the venue was beautiful, the food super tasty and the dj very good. My wife and I went back one month after the wedding to celebrate. And again we were not disappointed we felt like royalties We have decided we will go every month to enjoy the great atmosphere and the superb service that this marvellous place provides. Thanks montague you will always be in our hearts

So I have finally come down from the clouds of early married life and find myself with the task of writing a review about The Montague on the Gardens, where Andy and I got married this summer. To be honest I hadn't heard of the venue but as we drove past on the way to another venue we decided to pull over and take a look inside. We were greeted by Everett who sold us the venue on the spot, although don't tell him... We then drove off to see a venue in Richmond but deep down I had my heart set on The Montague. Needless to say Andy felt the same so we went back, made an appointment to meet the wonderful Stephanie and then it was full steam ahead. If you are looking for a venue where you are made to feel like you are the most important guests that they've ever had, are shown the outmost respect and curtesy from the moment you step up to the door, greeted by each and every member of staff with a smile, but most importantly have the most magical wedding you could dream of then this is the venue for you. Andy and I are a chilled out, relaxed couple so having the outdoor decking area with bbq and hog roast was just perfect. We were able to have our ceremony in the conservatory, which was lovely. The food was exquisite, the drinks flowed all day (and thanks to our guests well into the next morning) the staff were attentive without being obtrusive and we couldn't think of a better place to start our married life together. To Stephanie we'd like to say thank you for being there for us every step of the way, to all off the hotel staff we'd like to say thank you for being simply the best and to Everett we'd like to say thank you for making us want to get married at the Montague. Hopefully we will see you for our anniversary as The Montague on the Gardens will always have a very special place in our hearts. Thank you and best wishes Denise Foster. Hi Steph! We are very well thank you and now back from a brief few days in Cannes soaking up the last of the summer sun! Thank you so much for making the day such a success. Your team were brilliant and really looked after us all. The Great Russell Suite took my breath away when we entered for the wedding breakfast and it looked so traditional, classy and beautiful. It really fitted in with the style of wedding we wanted. The candelabras and the lighting for the meal worked really well. The Wood deck looked great too expecially when the heaters were turned on, and the conservatory even thought the leopard print was a last minute change, worked well with the cake cutting and the lighting was perfect. It all felt very romantic. Both you and Everett were so professional and we didn’t have to worry about a thing as it was a flawless operation. Thank you and please send our gratitude and praise to your team. We have had lots of comments on what a wonderful time people had too. Of course we will see you soon as we love using the Montague for a base and most definitely we will celebrate our 1st Anniversary with you! When the photos come through we will send some to you too. Absolutely no complaints my end, I think between us and the meetings we had, we managed to make the day run perfectly and smoothly. A special word of commendation, of course, for you and Everett (I'm sure he spells it Everitt?! I'm almost certain that's what's on his badge?!!) and how brilliant you both were on the day. Also the staff in general were excellent. I think Mrs Tollman is doing an excellent job as regards HR because everyone (and I mean everyone!) gave the impression they were all together and all part of the one team. That shows that there is a really good culture at play in the work environment at the Montague. At least that's the impression I got and I hope it's true! Feedback from the guests has been great. They all loved the hotel, the pre-eminent world being used is 'quirky' followed swiftly by 'beautiful'. My only slight comment of a downside nature would be that the DJ (who was a lovely chap) went slightly, how shall I say, off piste at times ('YMCA' was nowhere to be found on any of my playlists!!). That said he was also very accommodating when it came to ad-hoc requests from guests which always happens! So yeah, all great. I feel like I've been to the hotel so often now in the last while, I kind of miss you all! :-( We should pop in over the Christmas run in I think! Cheers for now, Justin

“Magical Wedding Weekend” When our daughter moved to London years ago, we found the Montague and have never stayed anywhere else on our visits from the U.S. In the fall when she got engaged and wanted to plan a wedding in London, it took less than a minute to decide on the perfect venue...and perfect it was. Over the years, we have gotten to know so many of faces at the Montague and the kindness, attentiveness and loveliness of the staff never disappoint. I honestly don't even know where to start but from the rooms, activities and meals, everything was cared for with perfection. Each of our out of town guests were amazed by the personal attention, which comes naturally to those who work at the Montague. The ceremony was gorgeous, the BBQ was delicious and the celebration party was fun, fun, fun! Special mention to Everett and Stephanie for answering every email and for attending to every detail (even the sword and champagne ritual) and to Mohammed, Guiherme, Cezar, Raymond, Lucia, Emma and Arjeta, the weekend would not have been the same without you. And Jorge...thanks for making special arrangements to be available for the weekend. The vendors the hotel recommended were outstanding...from the beautiful flowers and unbelievably fun magician/DJ we would trust the Montague explicitly. Dirk, you run an amazing hotel and we could not have asked for anyone better to work with. We look forward to many more visits to the Montague...see you at Christmas, if not sooner.
