We want to thank Jacinta so much for all her help in organising our Wedding Party. We know we weren’t the easiest to deal with and we couldn’t have done it without her help. We are also so appreciative of the flexibility in switching dates, helping us out at a difficult time. The party was a great success and everything that we wanted, we had the best time. It still feels so surreal, even now over a week later! We honestly had the BEST day, it was everything we hoped it would be and more and we already want to relive it 100 times over! We are so grateful to Jacinta and the team for everything and for making all of our wedding dreams come true as cliche as it sounds! I would also just like to highlight how absolutely phenomenal Freddie is! We only met her once in the run-up to the big day but that one meeting was enough to give us so much confidence that she’d make sure our day was amazing and that’s exactly what she did. My hair and make-up people were almost an hour late so there was a lot of rushing and stressing going on and she made sure I was calm and had everything I needed, kept the registrars onside and also made sure we weren’t rushed and had time to get the photos that we wanted. Freddie checked on us throughout the day and we always felt like it was exactly that- OUR DAY and we were so in control of the whole thing without having to do anything! Thank you for everything and we can’t wait for our anniversary stay! Thanks, Mr and Mrs Attwood! ❤️

Excellent venue catered to all of our needs on the day and went over and above to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you so much, Freddie, Jacinta, and the team on the day. You were all amazing and worked incredibly hard. Freddie is an asset to the hotel and deserves credit for her efforts on the day. We all had a fantastic day and will always have very special memories of this.

From the minute my husband and I arrived back in 2023, we knew instantly that this was the venue for us. The staff were all so very helpful from the minute we booked our first ever show round to the minute we left the venue the following morning as Mr and Mrs Top quality 5* service from everybody. Nothing was too much to ask for. Our honeymoon suite was outstanding. Needless to say (as probably most couples would agree) we didn’t get time to appreciate it properly as it was time to check out in no time at all but definitely a lovely touch and special place to spend the night and newly weds! Now let’s move on to the diamond of a new place…… Freddie, my god, that lady deserves every award and recognition under the sun. Freddie was our MC for the day, and she was absolutely outstanding- faultless! I met with her the night before for a brief introduction, and then from the minute I stepped foot in the bridal suite on the morning of the wedding, she was on hand to do absolutely anything I needed. She made sure I was okay and everything was going to plan, helping me out with time checks and ensuring everything was set up and ready to go for me, all whilst being very subtle. She walked me down to the ceremony room and really helped calm my nerves. She was amazing. She organized for all of my belongings to be moved from the bridal suite to the honeymoon suite, so everything awaited me at the end of the night - I felt like royalty! There are simply not enough words to describe our gratitude and appreciation for everything she did for us on the day. Freddie, honestly, you are an absolute delight, a true credit to New Place Hotel, and you completed our wedding. We will always be so very grateful for everything you did for us, and we can only hope someone is just as amazing for you as you were for us on your wedding day in the future! We can’t wait to come back for our 1-year stay where we can relive it all and see everyone again. Mr & Mrs Kates x

Everything about our day was amazing! All staff members were incredibly kind and helpful and ensured the day ran perfectly. A special shoutout to Liss for everything she did as our day coordinator - she was absolutely wonderful and ensured that we had everything we needed. In the lead-up to the wedding, Katie was our wedding coordinator, and she was incredible. She did everything possible to help us make every wedding dream a reality (including having owls at our reception drinks!). She has been so kind, helpful, and efficient, and we cannot thank her enough. New Place is such a wonderful wedding venue, and we cannot recommend it enough!

We had such an amazing day and it was made possible by you and the team. Freddie was truly fantastic. The team were friendly and welcoming and attended to our guest with professionalism and a smile on their faces. The bar team were also amazing and good fun. They were extremely professional and interactive with our guest and I had a great time with them too. I did thank them last night and they said how nice our guests were and had enjoyed the night as well. Looking forward to our stay next year and hopefully see you before then for another afternoon tea! Many thanks again.

The New Place is beautiful but without the wedding team, it wouldn’t have been pulled off the same way I'm sure! The Franklin Suit was the best truly relaxing space to take it all in after our big day. Katie, you were amazing with the lead-up to the big day & on our day too so big thank you. I have to give a special shout-out to Freddie - every time I turned to ask for anything she was there ready and waiting, so efficient, but caring and thoughtful. You would’ve thought she was one of my guests how welcoming and warm she was both me and Kev. We both said the next morning how great was Freddie.

We had so many guests who commented to us about how amazing the food was, what great service was provided by the staff, and how beautiful the venue was. If you are getting married and haven’t chosen your venue yet then look no further, the stunning location of New Place is everything and more. Being an older couple getting married for the second time, we wanted a venue where all our family could come together and enjoy not only a relaxed wedding but to party too. We were one of the first to get married in the gardens and I can honestly say it made our day, it was just stunning. The day was made even more special by being allowed to have a Fergie tractor on the drive for our the photos (lol it’s family thing.)

Jacinta, girstly we had the most special day. It was amazing! Everything was perfect and we can’t thank you and your staff (especially Freddie) who was looking after us all day last minute. Many of our wedding guests made comments on how lovely the venue was, how good the food was and what a lovely day they had. We would like to say a massive thank you to Jacinta and all the team at New Place Hotel who helped make Saturday night such a huge success. We are delighted with how everything went from start to finish. All the staff were so friendly and efficient and we’ve had loads of comments from friends and family about the how good the food was (in our experience at other venues, that’s not always been the case with catering for so many people). People also commented on how the plates were delivered simultaneously to each guest on the table – not something you see often now! Very classy! We can't even begin to express how amazing our wedding was, surrounded by all our friends and family. It was a day of creating memories that will last a lifetime. I just wanted to send a little message to New Place Hotel saying Thank you to you & everyone who made our wedding day absolutely perfect! We don’t even know how to thank you all enough, everyone was absolutely amazing & nothing was ever too much trouble. You all made our wedding day run smoothly with no hiccups. We have had no end of compliments not just on how perfect new place is but how polite & courteous the staff were… especially when it came to dietary requirements. New Place went above and beyond for what we could have expected for our wedding day. Not only did our wedding coordinator, Rebecca, keep in touch with us every step of the way to keep us updated in terms of planning, she was also always prompt to respond to any emails/queries that we had. She went out of her way to make sure that every detail was exactly how we wanted in order to make our wedding as personal as possible. As for our wedding day, it was completely flawless. The whole team made sure that everything ran smoothly and that each part of the day was organised. We originally picked New Place hotel as our venue because of its character and stunning grounds and it definitely did not disappoint. We were lucky enough to have an outdoor ceremony due to the glorious weather we had. Although, New Place are still fairly new to outdoor ceremonies and it is very much weather dependent, we would highly recommend any couple to consider it. Our ceremony was absolutely perfect with the most stunning backdrop. If you are looking for a beautiful venue that can not only provide you with an organised and friendly team of wedding coordinators to organise your day, but who will also allow you to keep your wedding personal and unique, then New Place Hotel is the perfect choice.
