Jake and I had our wedding at the King's Head on 4th October this year and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made. It was the first venue we saw, and immediately knew it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Daisy helped us from day one, super calm and helpful and nothing was too much trouble from the initial booking to the day after the wedding. It was an absolute dream and what we loved the most was that it’s such an adaptive venue, we really were able to put our stamp on the day and make it so personal. The venue itself is just stunning, the staff & food were incredible and Daisy was by my side the whole day. She knew exactly what I needed and when and even helped me the night before decorate the ceremony room. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We had the most fantastic wedding day at the Kings Head Hotel! From first viewing to the wedding build-up, pre-wedding dinner in the wine cellar, the wedding day itself and post-wedding dinner in MBB and to finish off our stay, some time in the spa - everything has been just amazing. The highlight throughout the whole wedding weekend was the food, it was all fantastic - the dinner in the wine cellar, the wedding breakfast (which was just as amazing as the tasting menu we tried) and evening food, breakfast the next day & a delicious meal in MBB on Sunday evening. The venue is just beautiful and the wedding team executed our vision in a way that left us speechless - with such a versatile space it really allowed the opportunity for us to make it really personalised to us. Daisy, you are one in a million, you made the build-up to the wedding and the day itself so stress-free and seamless. You kept us informed, were professional yet so friendly, calm but upbeat and always with a smile on your face (even when I sent you a 15-slide PowerPoint with how I wanted things set u!). We opted for you to liaise with our vendors in the lead-up to the day which took away a huge chunk of my to-do list and so was worth every penny and would totally recommend! Upon arrival, we met the lovely team in the spa so that my mum and I could get our nails done, before our pre-wedding girls' dinner in the Wine Cellar. The food was faultless and was a perfect taster for what was to come the following day. Mum and I stayed in the bridal suite (103) the night before, and the girls joined us in the morning to get ready. We had a beautiful breakfast brought to us in the room while we got our hair and makeup done. The team were great in handling all the logistics so that we could focus on getting ready. Our ceremony was held in the Assembly Room, followed by a drinks and canapé reception in the bar area next door. The staff ensured we had our own tray of canapés so we didn’t miss out while mingling, which was a beautiful and thoughtful touch. The cloudy apple cosmos were AMAZING! The full food service was smooth and elegant – no guest was left wanting for anything. We moved down to the Vault for the evening reception, but not before sparklers on the terrace. It was very chilly, but we managed to get a few great photos! For the evening food, we had pizzas served in boxes. This made it fun and perfect for guests who wanted to take them away with them. The whole day and night were perfect, and we couldn't thank Daisy enough for helping us pull together our dream wedding!

My husband (!) and I opted for a small ceremony with family in the Library Room. With only 20 of us, we had considered a registrar's office ceremony followed by a big party with friends joining separately, but the spaces felt a bit soulless – unlike the Library! Daisy was a star, making sure a separate tray of canapés was saved especially for us afterward – a really thoughtful touch. We enjoyed champagne on the rooftop terrace. We were lucky with the weather, but Daisy was reassuring every step of the planning process and had a wet weather backup prepared. Our friends joined us in the main Assembly Room for our meal. The serving platters from the casual menu were enormous and super tasty – we chose the beef, and it was juicy and melt-in-the-mouth. We had a good laugh with one person at each table carving the food, which really added to the feel-good family vibe we were aiming for. My new father-in-law even decided he’d found his calling! The staff were also super attentive and helpful throughout. Our evening reception was in the same room, and the Kings Head team were so quick in clearing the space and getting us ready to party while we enjoyed a sax player on the terrace – a great recommendation from Daisy, which helped keep the day flowing smoothly. We also loved having the private bar space, separate from the main room, where we had bacon and sausage baps to help soak up the wine from dinner. We stayed in the bridal suite and couldn’t have been happier. It was such a gorgeous room and a perfect end to the night. The next morning, we stayed for breakfast in a room next to the main restaurant. It was lovely to have our own space and celebrate again with Bloody Marys and mimosas! There are not enough words to say how grateful we both are and what an amazing day we had and that is all down to Daisy and her wonderful staff. From the moment I arrived on Friday to checking out on the Sunday everything was just perfect. One of our guests is a wedding videographer and she said that it was the best planned and smoothest wedding she had ever attended and she has been to a lot! The attention to detail is immense and Daisy held our hands every step of the planning journey when we didn’t have a clue what to decide upon and the many things we didn’t even think of. We had so many compliments from the guests on how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue was. Most of them said it was the best wedding and the best venue they had ever been to. Daisy is an absolute legend and we loved every minute of our long-awaited day!

Our wedding day was beautiful! We only wanted a very intimate celebration, when searching for a venue, we came across Kings Head Hotel and absolutely loved the Wine Cellar. We were married off-site but came back to the hotel for cocktails, canapes then a delicious meal! Daisy was so helpful with the plans for our day, always listening and making sure we were always ok. The team on the day were fabulous! always looking after us and the food was insane! We opted for casual dining as we just wanted a nice family meal, this was perfect! We stayed the night of our wedding in a stunning bedroom with a copper bath in the room - wow! I definitely will be booking this again and I wish we could get married again!

We were married abroad and just wanted to have a big celebration with family and friends. When I was searching online for a venue I saw the vaulted cellar and instantly knew this was the place for the party! We were married in Italy and the feel of the cellar really made you feel like you were back there! You hardly need any decorations as the room speaks for itself! Daisy and the team were incredible, nothing was ever too much and would even do things without me asking or noticing. We had the street food for our guests and I’ve had so many compliments! The team made sure that me and my husband were served first. I didn’t want it announced by the DJ as there would be a swarm of people at the buffet station, so it was great that people could come and go when they wanted to for the buffet. We had the best night - thank you team!

Where to start? We had the most magical weekend at Kings Head Hotel celebrating our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the whole team at the King's Head made us feel welcome and special. We enquired at the hotel for a pretty last minute wedding, we arranged everything within two months! Daisy was ace from enquiry stage right till she left on our wedding night. Nothing was ever too much and I always felt like i was able to ask her anything - she's my new best friend! We used the Assembly Room for our ceremony and wedding breakfast, then the vaulted cellar for the evening party. Both rooms are incredible and such a hidden gem! We went for the casual dining package, this was the best choice ever! So much fun and probably one of the best meals of my life! The bar and waiting team were all so helpful the whole weekend. We even stayed an extra night and used the Spa - this is sooo needed the day after! We now have an anniversary stay sorted for ten years time - their kind wedding gift - I want to come back now!

We recently had our wedding at the Kings Head Hotel, and it was amazing from start to finish. We went to a wedding fair there a few years ago and absolutely fell in love. The venue is beautiful and great with different areas where you can spend your whole day. Daisy (the wedding planner) is incredible! The whole process up to the wedding was great, she was great with communication and she was so helpful when I needed it. Choosing to have our wedding at the Kings Head Hotel on 5th May 2024 was the best and right decision! From our initial enquiry, the two years of planning and throughout our wedding day and evening, Daisy could not have been more helpful and joyous to work with! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding co-ordinator or person generally to be in touch with and to handle our wedding! Being very indecisive and knowing that a wedding entails lots of decision-making and ideas and thoughts to be discussed, Daisy was on hand to calm our nerves and talk through anything we needed or wanted to, whenever we needed to! No question, no change of heart, no concern was too much trouble, and she was always happy to help and listen to us. Her detailed responses and time given to us were second to none. The Guest Relations Manager, Joanna, and the team at the hotel were also fantastic. Their attentiveness towards us and our guests both prior to and on our wedding day was something to remember. Even remembering some of our family guests' names and addressing them by their first names at breakfast and check-out is pretty impressive and something we will not forget. The hotel itself is a hidden gem as a wedding venue. Having our own private area upstairs in the hotel for our ceremony, drinks/canapes, wedding breakfast, photos, and evening reception was a selling point for us. We knew that despite it being a hotel open to the public, only our wedding guests would be around us and able to use the facilities upstairs: toilets, the terrace, bar, etc. Having that privacy was important for us. The indulgent rooms at the hotel (101 in particular) were lovely to stay in both the night before and the night of our wedding; they were very spacious, overlooking the high street, and had an extremely comfortable bed. Various different seats and a sofa in the room were all nice touches that made it feel special. Thank you so much for making our wedding day and journey one to remember.

The Kings Head Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Daisy, the Wedding Co-ordinator, was always on hand to answer my (many!) questions from the time we booked to the day of the wedding, and her wedding planner document made everything seem a bit more manageable! The bridal suite was beautiful, and we could set up our DIY wedding decorations in the room the day before the wedding, giving us extra peace of mind and breathing space on the day itself. On the day, Daisy made sure everything happened on time and according to plan and the hotel staff set up all of the table decorations for us, which were done perfectly. The hotel staff were brilliant - including reception who helped the groom track down some lost buttonholes! Dinner was served seamlessly, and the food was delicious. When we realised we'd forgotten that one of our guests was vegetarian, Daisy sorted another veggie meal for us. One of the best things about the Kings Head is that there are different rooms you can move between - we went from the Assembly Room to the Cellar in the evening and it provided a welcome change of scenery as we'd had the whole day in the Assembly Room until that point. So many of our guests have said how cool the Cellar was in particular - it was a great spot for the band!

I cannot express enough how wonderful our wedding day was at Kings Head Hotel, Cirencester. I feel truly grateful to have had the most magical day we could ever have hoped for. From the first meeting, Daisy was warm and welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with during our planning process. The hotel is stunning. It’s beautifully decorated throughout with a quirky vibe. Every part of the hotel lends itself to a great backdrop for photo opportunities. We used The Assembly Room for our ceremony and wedding breakfast. What I loved about this room is that it is big, bright, and beautiful, but so adaptable to any colour scheme and design. As we got married out of peak season we were able to set up the venue the evening before for our ceremony, which took a lot of stress out of our day. It looked stunning. Exactly as I envisaged. The staff did a wonderful job of turning this room around for the wedding breakfast, and Daisy called us in to check everything was as we wanted before our guests entered. It was perfect. During the turnaround between the ceremony and the wedding breakfast, we were lucky enough to enjoy photos and canapé on the beautiful terrace, even in February! We used the recommended suppliers for styling, entertainment, makeup, photography, and DJ. They were all amazing. They know the hotel so well and they know what works best in the venue. The evening was in the gorgeous Vaulted Cellar. Worth every penny! It was such a party vibe and the dance floor was never empty! It worked so well for our day guests having a change of scenery for the evening, I feel it added to making the day extra special. What was so amazing for us having our wedding at Kings Head Hotel, was that we didn’t just have a wedding day, we had a wedding weekend. We stayed the night before and the night after the wedding and each day was wonderful. The groom's suite the evening before the wedding was perfect, so close to the Assembly room, and the Bridal suite was stunning. We used the Spa the day after the wedding and wow, what a way to spend your first day married! How have I not mentioned the food already?! It was amazing. We had private dining in the evening before the wedding in the wine cellar. It was an amazing space to have dinner with our families. There are many options for food on the day and we chose the Casual Dining Package. What an absolute feast that was! It was just as great as it was when we tried it on our tasting menu. There is a wide range of breakfast options at the brilliant hotel. We had private dining again for breakfast with guests who had also stayed over, which was a wonderful way to share our memories from the day before. You are in great hands with Daisy at Kings Head. She is great at communicating, which is a huge help when planning your day. Everything ran smoothly on the day and her lovely nature made for a stress-free morning I was able to enjoy getting ready in the stunning bridal suite. You won’t be disappointed picking this venue, we had the most perfect day and cannot wait to go back and visit the venue that gave us such happy memories!

We really wanted a winter wedding as well as having something to celebrate after Christmas and we did just that! Daisy is the friendliest person you’ll ever meet, she is your wedding best friend! All of the staff were amazing on the day as they made us feel so special! The canapés - I was nervous that we wouldn’t be able to have our own canapés because we’d be busy with photos however, the team had our own plate full made for us! The Vaulted Cellar is the most incredible room for a party! Everyone has been saying Kings Head Hotel is amazing and how they love the characteristics within! Our wedding day was incredible, couldn't have asked for more! Daisy was absolutely incredible all the way through the process and handled everything (and us!) with kindness, humour, compassion, patience and knowledge. The team working our wedding was also amazing including Carly helping (with Daisy) to set up and also Jamie, the barman. The food was so delicious, people were saying the best beef they've ever had. I could not have asked for anything more - such a special day with so many happy memories! We decided to get married at St. Johns Church in Cirencester and they recommended the Kings Head Hotel across the Market Place to hold our celebrations after. We met with Daisy and instantly fell in love with the place. The Assembly room is so elegant and was everything we were looking for. Daisy helped us with our planning throughout. We had 70 of our loved ones join us for the day and evening and we decided to choose the casual dining menu for our wedding breakfast which was so much fun! We had sharing joints of meat at each table which were carved by our guests who were our own Chefs wearing hats and aprons - all of our guests really enjoyed this. We also added beer bundles and mini Prosecco bundles for our guests as wedding favours, this went down very well with all of our friends and family. I also stayed the night before and had a pre-wedding dinner with my bridesmaids in MBB Brasserie which is one of the hotel's restaurants, it was delicious and I was made to feel so special by all of the team who were so friendly.

We chose to have our vows renewed at the Kings Head Hotel in July as this is our favourite place for a night away and have stayed as an overnight guest quite a few times. The treatment we get here by the warming friendly staff is amazing, they recognise us and make us feel like the Kings Head family, along with our doggy Simba! It was a very intimate ceremony held in the Panel Room with just 18 of us and of course our dog Simba. We then had Champagne and Canapes on the terrace, canapes were simply amazing. The best part for us was the dinner in the Wine Cellar, such a cosy and quirky space which felt very private yet not totally away from the main hotel ambiance. They added a cheeky little palette cleanser to our meal which came after the starters and this was divine... a Lemon sorbet topped with Tequila, it went down a real treat. Didn't want a wedding cake as we knew the desserts within our 3 courses would sort everyone's sweet tooth out so we went for a rather elaborate Champagne Tower, amazing and rather Boujee!! Daisy, the Wedding Planner was incredible from start to finish, she was so warm, genuine and a good laugh!!
