Our wedding day was absolutely flawless, from our first meeting with Deirdre and her team right up to the day before our wedding; there were no questions left unanswered and Deirdre and the team were so helpful throughout the planning process. From the setting up of the room and reception area to the delicious food, every single guest enjoyed every moment of the day, and it was a lot of people's first time to have a wedding in this hotel, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. We cannot thank Deirdre, Aisling and the team enough for ensuring everything we needed went exactly to plan. Had the most amazing wedding day at An Grianan Hotel. From organising to the day itself, everything went perfectly, and a lot of the credit goes to the staff and An Grianan; nothing was too much or too little to ask for. It was absolutely stunning, and the food was amazing. Each and every staff member who attended did the hotel so proud, and I am forever grateful and happy I chose this hotel.

We got married on 30/8/25, and it was absolutely unbelievable. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Everyone who attended our wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and Deirdre is outstanding. The day ran like clockwork, everything was perfect, and we can’t thank Deirdre enough. The food was wonderful, and everyone said how great it was. We booked our wedding in 2023 shortly after we got engaged, and after looking at a couple of venues initially, once we met with Deidre and seen the amazing facilities at An Grianan, we literally tore up our list of venues we still had to meet with because we knew straight away that it would be a waste of time - we had no doubt where we were choosing. Aside from the beautiful location and amazing venue, what made the difference for us was just how helpful and reassuring Deidre was. Being newly engaged yet nervous and slightly overwhelmed about all the planning that lay ahead, Deidre was an incredible calming presence and immediately put our minds at ease. She is so friendly and welcoming, and left us in no doubt that she and her amazing team knew exactly what they were doing, which took weight off our shoulders straight away. Being the wonderful woman she is, she sat us down for a cup of coffee and a chat and gave us loads of general wedding advice, too, which settled any nerves and for which we will be eternally grateful. Over the last few years, every time we popped in to pay off some of our wedding bill, we always stopped in for dinner because the food in the Grianan is absolutely fantastic. All the staff always greeted us warmly and always enquired about how we were doing and how our wedding planning was going - it's just an amazing team in there, which feels like a big family, and we're so thrilled to have had them make our big day the best day ever. My wife and I can't speak highly enough of Deidre and her team - they really are outstanding. The biggest compliment I can give them is that even now, a few weeks after our wedding day, we're still receiving tons of messages from family and friends saying how brilliant it was and how smoothly everything ran. We literally had nothing to worry about on the day. Everything was on schedule, the food was amazing, and the staff were simply outstanding. Our honeymoon suite was unbelievable too. We recently celebrated our wedding day at the An Grianan Hotel, and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. So many of our family and friends are still talking about how delicious everything was, and were extremely amazed at the second helpings for everyone. First class job on their table service and ensuring the food was delivered to its highest standards. What made it extra special was the staff - they went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and ensure the whole day ran smoothly. We were able to relax, enjoy every moment, and trust that everything was in safe hands. One of the aspects that truly set An Grianán apart was Deirde and the team's professionalism in working alongside our outside vendors. Communication was smooth, expectations were clear, and the staff coordinated effortlessly to ensure that everyone was supported and the day ran without a hitch. This level of collaboration gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebrations. I will never forget the young man in his dashing red coat helping settle me and my mums nerves before we walked down the aisle, giving us the reassurance that all was well. We had our wedding here a few days ago and I cannot recommend or thank An Grianan Hotel enough. From the first meeting with Aisling, who answered our hundred questions!! And just made us feel so relaxed and supported throughout. The beautifully decorated room, food and warmth of all the hotel staff were just wonderful. We are still getting messages from guests about how amazing the dinner and service were. Deirdre and Aisling were amazing on the day, and everything just flowed so well, we didn’t have to worry about anything- it was so under control! Cannot recommend An Grianan Hotel enough, they truly made our wedding day so special and full of joy! I wish we could redo it all again!!! Thank you so, so much for everything.

The absolute best venue, unbelievable set up! The staff were absolutely amazing and so attentive. Everything we needed/requested was fulfilled, and we had the absolute best day! Then the FOOD, my goodness, where do I start? Every single one of our guests complimented the meal, including ourselves. The An Grianan Hotel Staff did everything to ensure that we had the perfect wedding day. No stone was left unturned by them. They sat down with us and planned everything to a T. They treat each wedding individually, like it is for one of their own family. All of our guests commented on how good the food service was and how friendly the staff were. We would highly recommend it as a wedding venue to any couple. We would rate the overall day as 10 out of 10.

We got married on 31st May 2025. We heard great things about An Grianan so we looked forward to their wedding fayre, where we met with Aisling and Deirdre. We booked our provisional date on that day as we were so impressed with the hotel and both wedding coordinators. The food and service were 10/10. The girls have the place run like a well-oiled machine and are very on top of things. Their communication on the lead up to the wedding and after was very efficient. We received so much feedback from the guests regarding how good the food was and how attentive the staff were. We had a few attendees who were gluten-free vegetarians, and one with allergies and the menu had something to suit everyone. We had many vendors on the day and there was plenty of room for them. They have gardens to the side of the hotel, which makes for great photos. Thank you to Deirdre and Aisling for their fantastic service. We look forward to returning!

We had the best day celebrating our wedding in An Grainan Hotel. The staff were just fabulous, so friendly, nothing was a bother. You can tell it's a family-run hotel. Deirdre was so helpful and accommodating on the run up to our wedding and Emma Rose and the team looked after us so well on the day as Deirdre's daughter was getting married the same day as us. Our guests had a fantastic also, they are still raving about the food and the staff. It's no wonder this place continually wins awards for weddings. Highly recommend!

An Grianan was one of the easiest if not the best vendor we worked with throughout the whole planning process. It just shows why they have won so many awards, they are out of this world. The dedication and commitment to showcasing the best of the best is unbelievable and anything we asked for was no bother at all. There was no hesitation not matter how ridiculous our ideas were. Every time we walked into the hotel we were greeted personally by all members of staff which made us feel at ease, so calm and chilled. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how well the day ran and how well they were all treated. The dinner and buffet were outstanding as well as the service. The staff from all areas of the hotel are a credit and do their jobs with such pride and enjoyment. 100% we would recommend An Grianan hosting a wedding, one of the best decisions we made. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding, from the 1st visit we knew this was the perfect place for our special day. We were just captivated by the venue's stunning beauty and warm, inviting atmosphere. Deirdre, There are no words to describe how perfect our day went and there aren’t enough words to thank you, Aisling, and all the hotel staff for your part in that. I always said from the beginning that of all my wedding stress and worry, none of it was for the hotel or the meal. You made the planning process so easy and smooth, no question was too small and all my questions/emails were answered quickly and clearly. On the day itself – everything was run with military precision but with a friendly smile. I had complete faith in you and your team and you went above and beyond all expectations. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the function room was, how amazing the food was and how friendly and efficient the staff was. So many people commented on how each table was served each course in a timely manner – not 10 mins after the top table, etc; each course arrived quickly and hot, and every course was delicious. This is a massive accomplishment especially in a wedding of 250+ people with 26 tables to serve! The level of staffing was incredible – at a fully packed wedding there were no long wait times at the bar and nothing was a problem for any member of staff. The whole day ran so smoothly. You and your team are experts at what you do. I can't believe it's all over now but I will always be so glad we chose the An Grianán for our special day. We had an absolute ball at our wedding at An Grianan. Nothing was too much trouble and Deirdre and Aisling were always just an email away with whatever questions or queries I had. On the day our guests were very impressed with the service and the food. An added extra that we didn't expect was the Irish dancing. Our guests particularly enjoyed this treat, as did we. Food was served very quick and there was plenty of it.

On 01/02/2025 we had our wedding at An Grianan Hotel. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience that we had. Booking the hotel and working with Deirdre gave us the confidence that it was going to run smoothly and we weren’t disappointed. Getting to the hotel it was clear to see the guests were already thoroughly enjoying themselves, having a lovely drinks reception with great entertainment. This allowed us to relax and get some extra photos. Everything ran as planned and we were able to enter the function room, which was expertly decorated by Deirdre and the team. Deirdre was really accommodating when it came to external vendors which allowed us to add some additional touches to the already stunning room. The guests commented on the lovely meal they received and the efficiency of the service offered by the team. It seemed as if the top table was served and everyone else reclined their food minutes later. Guests were also very pleased with the selection of drinks that were on offer. As we had booked the hotel, it gave my family with young children confidence to allow their children to go back and forth to their rooms which allowed everyone to enjoy their day. The evening buffet was served at the perfect time and got lots of compliments. We had a great night and everyone had a good sleep in their rooms, before having an equally excellent breakfast. Overall, An Grianan exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled with the experience that we had and couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else. It seemed to be the perfect blend of class and cosiness for a winter wedding. I would highly recommend it to anyone regardless of the season as the team at An Grianan is first-class and I haven’t experienced a team like it anywhere before. Absolutely fantastic! We couldn’t fault An Grianan Hotel. From the day we booked to the wedding day they were great, they made everything smooth-sailing up to the big day! Everything about An Grianan is just perfection. For one, it’s absolutely stunning and the circle room is fantastic for guests! The food throughout the day makes you want to do it all again because it’s so delicious! Last year when we booked it was originally for 2026 and we changed our date to Jan 2025 without any hiccups! Still on a high from the BEST DAY EVER! We had both our ceremony and reception at the An Grianan Hotel and we couldn't be happier with how our day turned out. Deirdre & Aisling were a pleasure to work with. They ensured everything was perfect for our day. Their professionalism made us feel very relaxed and reassured that our day would run smoothly, which it did. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us and our guests. The food was excellent and in abundance, with guests getting offers of second helpings. Their only complaint was that they didn't have much room left for alcohol lol. The food was presented beautifully, and we even had a surprise Irish dancer perform as the main course was served! I couldn't recommend the An Grianan hotel highly enough as a wedding venue!
