Myself and Stephen with our children have been regular guests of Bloomfield for the past 9 years now. So, when we decided to get married and we began to explore venues, it was obvious that Bloomfield was going to be our choice. When we had our first initial meeting with Joanne to go through the details, we were still in lockdown and so guest numbers were restricted to 25. We were invited down to view a wedding set up for a wedding party of 25 that was to occur the following day. When we saw how beautiful the room was and how much effort had gone into the preparation, we decided to book ours for the following year, also at 25 guests. As time went on and restrictions were lifted, we decided we would like to avail of in 'intimate' wedding package and keep our guest numbers to 50. Even though our wedding was small, it was given every attention that any other wedding would have. Throughout the year I would email or ring the hotel asking questions and nothing was too much bother. The actual day of the wedding was just perfect. We had our ceremony and drinks reception outside in the beautiful surroundings of Lough Ennell. The staff took care of every detail, ensuring the smooth running of the day. We didn't have to worry about anything. The food was amazing, as we have always found it to be. In fact the one complaint our guests had was that the hotel overfed them! A great complaint to have! A lot of our guests have even booked to return to Bloomfield themselves. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff are second to none and so pleasant and accommodating. Joanne, Sharon and all the staff are fantastic at their jobs. Our guests have not stopped talking about how wonderful the day was, 6 weeks on. I cannot recommend Bloomfield enough for your wedding, whether big or small. It was always a favourite place of ours but even more special to us now.

First let me start by saying that EVERYTHING was First class, your staff were kind courteous and efficient and went above and beyond for us and our guests. The whole event was done professionally and we got exactly what we wanted and more. The lady that took care of us on the day and the bar staff in the ennel suite were exceptional and made us feel so welcome. Just wanted to express our gratitude to you and all your team for the fantastic day we both had celebrating our wedding. To say that we were happy would be an understatement. We could not fault anything. From start to finish it was amazing. The staff and management couldn’t have done enough for us and the day just flowed. And, the feedback from the guests is amazing - they loved every minute. We can’t thank you all enough for making our day perfect and helping us make memories that will live on forever. A massive thank you to Joanne in Conference and Events and all the staff. Chris and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on Saturday. From the minute we arrived we were able to relax and savour every second with our guests. Sharon was amazing and had everything in hand. I’d also like to mention and thank Brona, our server at the top table. She was so lovely and friendly. Since Saturday we have been inundated with compliments about the food, the staff, the hotel grounds and all facilities! So many guests are hoping to rebook and return with their own families. The photo in the menu was a great success. Everyone was wondering how that was pulled off so quickly!! So thank you again!! We can’t wait to come back!! We had our wedding here in December 2021, couldn't have asked for anything to be more perfect. Could not have been happier with the Bloomfield hotel for our wedding. We would like to thank the amazing wedding team especially Joanne and Sharon, they made everything so stress free and run so smoothly on just the day but in the run up to it as well. I'm not sure I can express how amazing the whole day was from start to finish, the venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, the staff were unbelievable. Sharon really looked after us and made our day so special. Our guests were raving about the food and venue, enjoyed the whole celebrations. We had a fantastic day at the Bloomfield for our wedding. We had just under 100 guests for the ceremony and reception. Both the wedding and service teams were accommodating throughout the process, especially as Covid protocols seemed to change weekly! All our guests commented on what a fabulous day they had, from the location to the food. We could not complain.

We had our wedding in the Broomfield House Hotel at the end of September. We couldn't recommend it enough. From our first visit, we fell in love with the place. It had such a homely feel. While planning our wedding, Joanne was more than helpful. She answered all our questions and helped with any details we weren't sure of. We arrived at the hotel the day before our wedding and from the moment we arrived we have looked after. Sharon was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran to plan and took all the stress out of the day for us. Our guests absolutely loved the hotel the food and the surroundingS. Many of whom have already booked another breakaway themselves. Our service room looked beautiful on the morning of our wedding the way it was set up and the food was amazing. We couldn't find a single fault about the day other than we didn't want it to end. We definitely would recommend the hotel to anyone for a wedding or a breakaway. Both my husband and I live quite a distance away and it was never an issue when planning g things it was all so easy. We couldn't thank the staff of Bloomfield enough for everything they did for us including Joanne and Sharon.

All of the wedding staff at Bloomfield House Hotel have been brilliant in the run up and on the big day. Joanne and Sharon were brilliant with absolutely everything, from the initial meeting right up to our wedding day. All we had to do was turn up and enjoy it all. The food was amazing, the waiting staff were brilliant and the room set up was second to none. The lakeside location for photographs could not be described in words. It has to be seen to be really appreciated. We only looked at one location for our wedding reception, and Bloomfield House ticked all the boxes.

My husband and I got married in Bloomfield in July this year during Covid restrictions. We enjoyed our day with 50 guests. To say it was spectacular is an understatement! Firstly I'd like to mention the amazing value for money Bloomfield House Hotel offers in their wedding packages. We selected the Bouquet package, which included everything from endless amounts of food, drink & decorations. The staff were all amazing, so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond for us and our guests for our entire stay. We loved that there was such an amazing relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel's grounds and views are stunning, particularly in 30-degree sunshine! We had an outdoor bbq on our second day, which again was amazing value for money. The potatoe salad was Divine! Bloomfield is a beautiful family-centred hotel. There was loads to keep the little ones busy, and the pool definitly helped all the hangovers on the day 2! We got married in the Lake View room, which again is stunning and has beautiful views. Thanks to the amazing banqueting team, the day ran so smoothly. My wife and I were married in the fabulous Bloomfield House Hotel this year. From the initial meeting, and getting to know the team as the time went on, we knew we were in safe hands. Everything we discussed was taken on board and every effort was made to try and meet our needs. Looking back now, everyone we dealt with was so hospitable and lovely that it made our lives very easy when it came to planning a wedding, especially during Covid times. The day itself was absolutely perfect! There was not one thing we could fault about any part of it. Everything ran so smoothly and we felt very comfortable the whole day. We were really blown away with the effort that was put into delivering a wedding that not only surpassed our expectations, but one we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thanks again Bloomfield. Bloomfield House Hotel promised us that we would have the best day and they were right. Despite the ups and downs of covid restrictions and announcements in the months and days leading up to our wedding, we had the most magical day. Whenever we rang the hotel there was always someone to offer advice or guidance and alleviate stress. With restrictions, things had to be changed but you made sure that we eventually got the food tasting which was a magnificent experience. Gemma and Katrina were extremely accommodating in looking after room bookings especially when numbers changed due to covid 9 days before the wedding! You were all so professional on the day and I loved how you managed to change our reception drinks last minute due to the heavy rain. We even reversed the beautiful Rolls Royce into reception so that we didn't get wet! I love the photo of you all trying to get me out of the car to make sure I didn't get wet! We had use of the beautiful Lynnbury Suite for family photographs which were fantastic as the weather wasn't on our side on the day! The service was exceptional and I don't think there was anything that could have been improved on. Sharon and her team looked after us from start to finish. Emma had led us into the Ennell Suite for the first time while the staff delivered the beautiful champagne breakfast to our room the following morning. Thank you so much to Bloomfield House Hotel. Everyone was praising the food and service. I was delighted to see the small changes which were implemented since the food tasting. We appreciate how Joanne listened to our concerns in the lead up to the wedding and acted on our suggestions, even if we didn't get to spend much time on the jetty in the end! The waiting and floor staff were extremely friendly and efficient and our guests commented on that. The bridal suite was a gorgeous room It was evident that you truly cared about Brendan and I, by making sure our day was perfect. Thank you very much.

We chose Bloomfield House Hotel as our wedding venue because we instantly connected to the wonderful wedding team and the amazing scenery. Originally we planned for a wedding of 130 guests Pre-pandemic, but we hesitantly went ahead with The Intimate package for 25 guests. We were unsure how the day would play out and were anxious this would not be a "normal wedding". Fortunately, everything on the day was so perfect, from the ceremony room to the meal, we did not want it to end, and we really had the most amazing day. I would highly recommend the Bloomfield House Hotel. Whether you are planning a traditional big wedding or an intimate wedding, you will not be disappointed. Getting married in January 2021 was never going to be easy. We were unsure how a wedding with six guests would meet with what we have originally hoped and planned for. From the minute we arrived at Bloomfield House Hotel ourselves and our guests received such a warm welcome. The staff’s level of attention, kindness and professionalism throughout the day ensured our day ran smoothly, Sharon was always on hand checking everyone and everything was ok. We never once felt we were missing out on our big day. We could not have picked a more perfect venue. The Lynnbury Suite is one of a kind and the photos taken during the ceremony are simply beautiful. We both highly recommend Bloomfield House Hotel as a wedding venue, be it a wedding of 200 or 6 you won’t be disappointed.

Our guests all said they had an amazing day as well. The food and atmosphere were amazing. As soon as I went to see the Bloomfield house hotel i knew it was where i wanted to have our wedding reception. I was lucky enough the day we went to "just have a look" there was a wedding happening and we got to see a lot of how ours would look on the day. Its stunning grounds and lakeside view are ideal for photo opportunities. The wedding team are a real pleasure to work with. nothing ever felt like it was too much bother. they were very accommodating to anything we requested. They were so understanding and flexible to the situation of our wedding constantly changing with restrictions. I couldn't fault anything about our wedding experience. From the room decor to the fabulous food and the happy professional staff, it was perfect and i highly recommend the Bloomfield house hotel.

We cannot thank the staff of Bloomfield for all their efforts in helping us celebrate our wedding day. With 3 date changes over 6 months due to Covid-19, the team were very proactive in helping us make a plan. There was a smooth transition between changing over all our guests multiple times! It was an entirely unforeseen situation with continuous changes to what was allowed with socialising guidelines. The staff were very quick to contact us with any changes and were great in working with changes right up to the day of the wedding. It's a surreal time to be getting married and the staff at Bloomfield were excellent in keeping us feeling safe, without making the day feel strange or overly sterile. The room was laid out in a beautiful way that meant the smaller numbers did not seem out of place. It was an amazing day and we are delighted we did not postpone our wedding any further.  The guests were well looked after, the food and venue was fantastic. We cannot recommend Bloomfield enough.

We choose Bloomfield cause of the warmth and charm of the hotel but now when I think of the hotel I think of the amazing staff and how we had the best day of our lives there. Nothing was an issue, staff made every one from myself the bride to the last guest feel important. Everyone there, even the harshest food critic of the group praised the food. To whom it may concern, We got married in Bloomfield Hotel on 14th September 2019. To say it was amazing was an understatement from the day we booked it to our special day the staff went above and beyond to help us. A lot of brides can get very stressed but I had not one concern. We got married on their beautiful lawns with the picturesque lake behind us our photos are amazing. The food was amazing and everything went brilliant the only problem was it was over to soon!! We had our wedding day on 9th of August in Bloomfield House Hotel.We had planned for a year in this year we went back and forward from Dublin to Mullingar visiting hotel or meeting with wedding team we always got a warm friendly greeting every time we were there from all staff and wedding team was always on hand to deal with any of our inquiries weather big or small.We arrived to Bloomfield with a large amount of Family the day before our wedding the staff were so welcoming and had everything prepared for us.On morning of our special day it was raining as we were ment to have our ceremony outside we were a bit disappointed but wedding team were so supportive and accommodating the had a back up plan which turn out amazing no one even mentioned going out side. Our ceremony was beautiful and so personal and relaxing.Our wedding day had so much extra magic little surprise at our meal time.The meal was amazing and all our guests talk about it for whole weekend. We got married in March 2019 and from the day we booked our wedding date the staff could not do enough for us. No request was too big or too small. The staff really go to great lengths to make your day so special and take a great interest in your vision for the day. The Ballroom was newly renovated and along with the wedding decor, looked amazing on our big Day. The food was to the highest standard with very efficent staff making sure the top table and all the guests recieved enough food, gravy and wine etc. The whole day from start to finish was stress free with Sharon and Tracey taking care of us. The venue itself is perfect for pictures, inside the rooms in the hotel or down by the lakeshore. Great accomadation and loads of parking. To Oliver, Nicola, Sharon and Tracey thank you all so much for making our day so special. We would highly recommend Bloomfield House Hotel as a wedding venue.
