From start to finish it was everything we wanted and more. Eddie, Nicola and the team were just fantastic and couldn’t do enough for our big day. Any requests were carried out to perfection. They really looked after us so well. I can’t compliment them enough for their attention to detail and their customer service. I highly recommend the Castletroy Park for a wedding. We got married here in August 2023 and I cannot give enough credit to the team at the CPH. After choosing our date, we went to meet with Melissa months in advance to taste the options for our guests set menu. Naturally, I thought when sizeable portions of exquisite cuisine were given to us, I presumed there was no way the same care for presentation and flavor could be taken on the day with our 150+ guests, though I couldn't have been more mistaken with attention given to all sorts of dietary requirements on the day, and all guests left satisfied with the meal. From the outset, VIP treatment doesn't do justice to how we were treated by all team members at the Castletroy Park. Whether with Nicola via email, or Bart in the hotel in person, I am struggling to remember all the names of those who are due credit. With all of our requests for the special day, the word "no" was not in their vocabulary, and having working in hotels and restaurants myself for 10 years, this willingness to cater for each whim we had was something very special for my bride and I. While at first glance the packages offered are more expensive than other venues we looked at, they are vastly more inclusive of little extras which other places charge through the nose for. Bottomless Prosecco reception for guests, finger food in the night time, silver-service for top table, Limerick ham being carved in the lobby by a chef for guests arrival - the list goes on and on. Special mention to Kevin who was ever-present though not intrusive, and available to help out with anything. If you are thinking of staying here or having a function, I recommend just go to meet them once, see the place laid out for a wedding, and you'll be blown away. Absolutely stellar team from management to servers, bartenders and receptionists. Man of the Match award from us goes to Eddie - to have someone nearby on such a stressful day with such a calm and pleasant demeanor was a blessing. We were so so happy with how things were.

Amazing, amazing hotel..exceeded beyond our expectations. The food, the staff, the decor was just fab. I would not have changed anything. Every staff member made sure every person was ok. Margaret, Melissa, and Eddie were just amazing on the day. I can't thank them enough for what they did. Everything ran so smoothly, they organised everything for me. If I had any queries, Margaret would respond back in ten minutes. Anything we asked for was no hassle, we had dinner a few days before our wedding, Margaret personalised the menu. It's the small details that were just unbelievable, they were extremely easy to deal with. We first met Melissa at our menu tasting, she made us feel at ease, she is the most nicest girl. We had the pleasure of having Melissa on our wedding day and she made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. She even helped out the photographer and videographer on the day. Eddie was there on the night, he made sure all food was served to top spec. All my guests on the night were commenting how unbelievable the food was, there wasn't enough room for all the food they served. Castletroy Park really know how to put on a show.. top class hotel.

Our wedding was a dream come true ... We had the ceremony outside and the weather was amazing, the staff, the rooms the whole experience was just out of this world. The wedding coordinator, they were just unreal, they couldn't do enough for you and they made sure we were happy with everything for our big day. From the time we were deciding where to have it and the best deal to our special day was the best expense of my life xx What an amazing Hotel and Staff, couldn't thank ye all enough for what ye did for us xx If someone asked would you have changed anything, I would honestly say NO I wouldn't have changed a thing xx

From the minute we met Nicola, we booked the hotel. We had booked a civil ceremony and the hotel decorated this room just amazing, from the lighting to the flower decor. Leading up to the wedding we met Nicola, Margaret and then closer to the wedding we met Eddie after our meal tasting and the food was excellent. On the wedding day, Eddie and his team went above and beyond for myself and Mark, we could not fault one thing. From after the ceremony to the meal, everything went so smooth. Our guests complimented the food and service to us after the day and we were delighted to hear that everyone loved the day as much as we did.

We could not praise Castletroy Park and the staff highly enough, from first booking our date until 'thee day', every vision was taking on board and delivered on the day. Our day was everything we imagined it to be and a lot of that was down to having the best hotel service, the food was outstanding. Our guests had a great time and couldn't fault a single thing.

We couldn't recommend Castletroy Park Hotel enough as a wedding venue. Nicola took all our thoughts and wishes and converted them into reality, Eddie couldn't have done any more for us - he was so professional and approachable and ensured all details were perfect on our special day. The food and decorations were amazing and the dinning service team were exceptional. Thank you so much for everything.

I have no words to describe the Castletroy Park Hotel. As for your wedding team, ye are outstanding in each and every way. A special mention to Edward and Shannon, ye couldn't of done enough for us throughout the whole day from start to finish. Ye looked after Jonathan and I in a way I'll never forget, also all the staff to reception, waiters, bar staff, and absolutely everyone, thank you. We're still hearing about how well everything was. From booking our wedding, to the wedding, the people at the Castletroy Park Hotel were just amazing. There is noting that they didn't do for us, you could email with any questions or worries and they were back on to you in no time and to help. They are all just so lovely and our wedding day was amazing and went to plan just how we wanted it with the help of them all. I would recommend the Castletroy Park Hotel to anyone to get married there. Margaret and Eddie were just brilliant, on the day Margaret helped me with a lot and I was emailing her through the months on the running up to the wedding and she helped me so much. Just a lovely bunch of people thank you so much to you all.

What can I say about this hotel and its beautiful staff? We got married on the 3rd of June 2023 and we had made the best decision to hold our reception here. From the moment we got planning to the moment we left the following day, we were looked after like royalty. The staff are absolutely amazing. Every single one of them made our day unforgettable. Eddie, Shannon, Nicola and all the team here are a credit to the hotel. It was the most beautiful day, baked in 24 degree sun, the most gorgeous hotel to enjoy it in. Every guest was blown away by the amazing service - fed and watered from the moment they arrived and the food was to die for. I can't thank you all enough for helping make our day one we will never ever forget. You all couldn't do enough for everyone and it didn't go unnoticed so thank you for everything. We wish we could do it all over again. Castletroy Park Hotel holds a very special place in our hearts and we will be visiting on a regular basis as we are lucky enough to live only a half hour away. Our wedding in Castletroy Park Hotel was everything we could have imagined and more. From the very first email to Nicola enquiring about availability, all the way up until we left the day after the wedding, nothing was ever too much. Any time I emailed her, she emailed back immediately and there was never a problem! From start to finish we knew we were in safe hands and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nicola, Melissa, Eddie, Shannon and all the staff went above and beyond for us. The meal was fabulous. There was a constant flow of food all day so there certainly wasn’t anyone left hungry. We have memories that we will cherish forever and cannot recommend Castletroy Park Hotel highly enough.

We had the wedding of our dreams at Castletroy Park Hotel! The food was absolutely amazing, our guests are still talking about it, but what made it so special was the staff. We had our wedding celebration at the Castletroy Park Hotel and everything went perfect. The staff were amazing especially Shannon, who went through everything with us prior to the date. Kevin at the front desk was so nice and went above and beyond for us. The staff that gave out our welcome drinks were so polite and welcoming. We would definitely recommend the Castletroy Park for weddings or any celebration really. It was an amazing night!

Day one meeting with Darren was so simple, he guided us through our requests and gave us a tour of each bedroom allocated to us and the function room. He followed up promptly via email and we were truly happy with our decision when our family and friends also had such high regard for the hotel. Although our wedding was booked 2 years in advance, our emails were always answered by Nicola and made us felt at ease that everything was under control. We met with Shannon for the meal tasting and final meetings. Any changes we wanted to make were done without issue. On the day, everything was laid out beautifully. Our guests all praised the food and especially the service. Two days after the wedding, we arrived for a family meal and were treated as if our wedding was that day again by Kevin, Shannon and Eddie. We started planning our wedding with the Castletroy Park Hotel in 2020 and since then they have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. We had to change our wedding date due to personal circumstances and Nicola was so helpful around this. From the lead up to the day, everything was top notch from menu tasting to securing rooms and answering any queries. Nicola, Mags, Eddie and Shannon were so helpful. The day itself ran so smooth and on schedule. Eddie ensured we had everything we needed. Our guests were so complimentary of the food and staff. Nothing was a problem. Thank you so much guys.

On the wedding day, Eddie, Darren and team what can we say it was amazing, ye all went above and beyond for us and the whole day went smoothly. From service to staff top class.

Dealing with the Castletroy Park was an absolute pleasure & took so much of the stress of planning a wedding away! Nothing was too big of a deal and they were always available to help with any queries I had. The team are very proactive in getting things organised and I never once had to chase them for updates, menu tasting etc - they were on the ball! The day itself was perfect. All the guests are still complimenting the food weeks after! But not only that, everyone I spoke to were also full of praise for the staff & their excellent hospitality & customer service.
